Thanks for the guide. Are these events where the Party hats are originally from but then later became tradeable?

@maximumwill Yes. Party Hats were from the 2001 Christmas Event in Runescape which players got from Christmas Crackers. :)

Why do all of the guides say you have to do the stag? Hell, I did baby animals impaled with swords and she gave me the year. (That statue is awesome btw).
