i must say that the aussie version of the biggest loser is seriously the best format (i'm from europe, so i'm not bias :P).. as much as i love bob and jillian, i don't like the american show.. it's only drama and screaming and tears and i feel like the show's a bit chaotic and hectic... the uk version i don't like at all! dunno if it's that i started watching tbl with season 1 of the australian version.. but it's much checked the other versions and i always stop watchin' them...

@MilaMulas Although I like the original version usually, , I must confess I like how the Aussies let the viewer get to know the contestants....although sometimes I feel it is a bit repetitious.....overall the Aussie version is best on the Biggest Loser.....I wish they would follow the USA's version of Survivor.....man I love that show...and nobody does it like the USA......

the biggest loser contestants from the u.s are much bigger....but it's good that they all want to lose weight to be healthier. at the moment i am watching season 8 of the biggest loser here in the u.s!!! i love this show very inspiring!

after watching biggest loser I lost 25kg, from 100 to 75.

I have been a year at 75 and I am aiming for 68.

Growing up as a fat kid is a sad story. If your children are fat there are many things you are not doing right.

My parents insisted on healthy eating, but ignored the calories, so I just got heavier and heavier, and no girl liked me, so I got depressed and got heavier, and introverted...

My only critique here is the excesive exercise. I lost the 25kg only walking 30min every day

Fantastic!!! How many calories were you consuming/day? I'm very curious.

My goal is to lose 20-25 kg, but I'd be very happy with being at 75 to be quite honest haha I was always heavier, I can't imagine myself lower than 75kg even.

But if you were walking only 30 min/day, how many calories did you eat, if you don't mind me asking?

@cgonzalezdelhoyo yea man i know what u mean, i was fat for 3rd-6th grade and i was always depressed and made fun of, non-social and then i found out about parkour in 7th grade and now im in 8th and in the best shape ever i lost lke 20 US pounds and have a ton of friends, happy, way more social
