Its pretty simple. First, it is not clear that the globe is even warming. Second, even if it was known to be warming it isn't known that it is our fault.
It seems almost ridiculous to end a debate with so few words, but there you have it. You want to continue research, I don't think anyone is against that. You want to attempt to put a gun to peoples heads, call them backwards hicks while throwing a tantrum every time you are presented with facts...well, that is another way to end debate.
Yes, it is quite simple. The scientific consensus among climatologists is that the earth is warming, that it's anthropogenic, and that the consequences are going to be potentially very severe. If climate skeptics would actually read the peer reviewed literature rather than relying on non-peer reviewed papers, the media, the blogosphere and cherry picked data, they would know this.

We should all be stewarts of the earth, but the issue is that Humans only put out about 3% of the yearly CO2 emissions. Natural sources such as volcanos put out 96-97% more. The problem is that the liberal progressives have no facts. The limited amount of data can not prove that its not a natural, earthly cycle. Does the earth naturaly warm up and then cool down as it orbits the sun, or as it changes it axis over 20,000 years? There is some data that shows that this is in fact the norm.

No truly global temperature statistics are available pre-1958 (or perhaps pre-1860, if you wish to trust the earlier parts of the surface thermometer record). Meaningful comparative judgements about climate change cannot be made on the basis of the trivially-short, 150-yr-long thermometer surface temperature record, much less on the 26-year-long satellite tropospheric record, for long-term climate change occurs over spans of many thousands to millions of years.
If the planet is destroyed, I doubt such trivial matters as economic philosophy will really matter much, though it is funny how you derive that from my short responses.
If it is not for our government to protect us from large scale disaster, then who's is it? I am pretty sure that when they wrote the constitution & said "General Defense", disasters was one of those things they had in mind.
We could do more, & should, Immediately. Those against it should be ignored as scientific morons.

Good call - Thanks
An abundance of peer-reviewed studies, analyses, and data error discoveries has prompted scientists to declare that fear of catastrophic man-made global warming bites the dust and the scientific underpinnings for alarm may be falling apart. The latest study to cast doubt on climate fears finds that even a doubling of atmospheric carbon dioxide would not have the previously predicted dire impacts on global temperatures.

6th grade level?
Right wingers do not advocate doing "nothing"
They Simply don't agree with "skyrocketing" energy prices which will reverberate through every sector in social life.
Every aspect of society will "necessarily" cost more to operate.
Schools, grocery stores, diaper production, hospital operation, mail systems, fast food, showers, clothing production & sales, radio & T.V. production & broadcasting, glass, plastics, wood, steel...
Every aspect of life as we know it will COST more-

More expensive vs killing the planet...Hmmmm.

You are a slave to the Marxist Left.

Is that supposed to be an intelligent reply, or more proof that your political opinions cannot be taken seriously.

Clearly, you are a Marxist.
I guess you have no drive or will to make something of yourself.
As long as the government is there to take care of you, then what do you care if the cost of living in this already overpriced world triples.
You probably think that you are above breeding, so why would you care what the impact is on our children.
The U.S. has come a long way to improve environmental impact, but I guess you won't be happy until we are all riding bicycles to power our laptops.

I deduced your political philosophy based on your favorites at your channel.
Ice cores from the north & south poles prove that recent studies are based on the coldest point in earth's recent past.
These cores also prove that the earth has had much higher levels of CO2 & has been much hotter than "industrial revolution" levels.
Studies have also shown that ocean levels secede as temperatures rise by placing higher levels of water vapor into the atmosphere.

Good for you, now keep reading, try peer reviewed scientific studies. See what conclusions you derive from those...
