like I was saying, that is what I do I don't struggle anymore on loosing the weight because the weight just come off by eating what I just told you. And for my excersise I just dance for 30 minute or for an 1 hour, I do this maybe 1-2 times a week. So sometimes when I go to the restaurant to eat whatever I want I don't even worry about it, because all I have to do is just go back and eat healthy again and I know I will loose the weight cause it's just that easy. Girl, all you need to do is just eat the right food like ( 100% whole wheat bread, brown rice, sweet potatoes w/o adding sugar in it, lots of vegetables, fruits that are not high in sugar, fish, meat, and drink lots of water but not to much of it because it can be danger. The only time you will know that you are drinking enough water is when you do pee, your pee should look clear, but if your pee looks really yellow that means that you are not getting enough water. I'm loosing weight just by cutting out the nervous eating or depression eating. Just trying to eat only when I have hunger pains and trying to stop eating when I feel full and not totally stuffed.
I work in Midtown and I found myself eating anything and everything and I packed on the weight. So I decided to make a salad at home for lunch so I wont be tempted to go outside and get something fattening. I have never had so much salad in my life! ( But I can feel the difference and its been 2 weeks. ) I have a considerable amount of weight to lose and I am taking it slow no more fad diets for me just eating healthy and exercising.
@naysgrace I totally understand - I'm going the old-fashioned route of healthy eating and exercising as well. :) I'm hoping that others who are joining this challenge will avoid fad diets and "miracle pills" as well!

Congrats! We're on the same track and we're starting around the same time. Pretty cool. My general goals are to exercise more, eat healthier, and lose weight. I'd also like to get specific and set an exact weight or exercise goal overall like "lose 25 lbs." or "run 30 miles per wk" etc. I think these kinds of goals will help me keep track of progress and provide a sense of accomplishment as milestones are reached along the way.
