when I try to do the swoop and put their legs on my chest i always get caught with a triangle choke, since all my guys are very flexable how do i stop it?
It was a different video the first video with the other instructer(trick 1), and you make a L with your legs. If I'm still having trouble I can ask Rodrigo Pinhiero for help.

lift and control their hips, bottom line. not sure what you mean by the swoop and legs on chest, you'll have to elaborate.
