@yeoldevincente Surely the point of the movie was to appreciate the guitar, and what it means to those that play it. The Edge just relies on effects. Someone like Frusciante, although not the most unique style of play, would have shown how he becomes at one with his guitar whilst playing, similar to Hendrix, who is no question the greatest guitarist of all time. The Edge has nothing on that.

@hajjkiller that's no signature that's just the Kay logo (the maker of the guitar) my guess is he cut it because it got in the way or something like that. Mine's got the same and the guitar isn't particularly valuable.

At the end of the day Edge, like him or not, has one of the most instantly recognisable sounds in the business. Jack is pure down and dirty harking back to the great blues styles and Jimmy is, well a master! I too thought it was a good combination..
