  • What a treat! Thank you for this!!

  • Can someone tell me the title of the background music played at the beginning??

  • @Nylanna05 The composer of the soundtrack is Alan Parker.

  • @docnarchy title please... ^___^

  • @Nylanna05 I don't know the title. Sorry.

  • I am an uneducated Japanese of humble means but I would like to ask a question.

Is it fair to say the following? Prince A brought in the concept of efficiency and reasons into the running of some of the great establishments and Queen V restored dignity in the Royal Family.

Prince A chaired some committees and was the driving force of certain reforms, I heard.

  • Jonathan Firth... Just as hot as his Brother! Honestly don't get me wrong I enjoyed "The Young Victoria" but this movie is good as well.. It follows her for longer than the big movie

  • @andersonfamily Jonathan Firth is very good as Albert!

  • Excellent movie!

    great cast.

  • ...

I am guilty for seeing this for the 3th time :p

  • 3 dances out of twelve!

reminds me of Darcy in Pride and prejudice

  • Sad that she morned for so long.

  • Thanks so much for posting this i love this movie and have been lookin for it.

  • i have been looking for this online fore like 3 years, one of my most favorite films/mini series ever! thank u!

  • Y does Albert have a British accent? Rupert has ruined me, he did so good no one can compare now.

  • THANK YOU

i have been trying for years to find this version of this movie

  • thanks so much for posting this! I love David Suchet here; his quiet manner, kindness, and ever-loyal dedication to V (&A) is SUCH a constrast to his cold, conniving, capricious, cruel, just plain HATEFUL Cardinal Wolsey in Henry VIII. Here he's a joy to watch! And I feel terrible for V under her mother and that douche Conroy; dictating her every move, stealing her mail. Then she asks for her own bedroom (totally reasonable) and gets the 'you ungrateful wretch!" lecture.

  • @vidlovr i know, he's so gentle and loveable here! convinced me he's a great actor.

  • @vidlovr She SHOULD have slapped them, because if they laid a hand on her, then her uncle, William IV, would be on the war path and try to kill them...

  • @Jamestopboy ... William IV is the name of a pub in West Hampstead where I used to go back in 1966 when I lived in London ... Memories !

  • funny how the British royals are really germans.

  • thanks for posting this, i havent seen it in ages.

  • Thank you for posting this! I love love love these programs. Makes such a nice change from pretty well every cop show on TV, not to mention ones like Dangerous Housewives and all that!! Thank you again!

  • Thank you SO MUCH for posting this! I've looked all over and couldn't find it (or if I found it, it was heavily abridged, which I hate).

  • i have never seen this. was this on british tv? what a fabulous cast. thank you so much for posting this one.

  • @johneunson Thanks. This was aired first on the BBC in 2001.

  • Thank you so much! I can't say how happy I am!!!
