Quite possibly, but I've seen a few different sifus do Bic Bo this way, here and in China. Now you do know this isn't Sam Tong GOr Kiu (three ways to cross the bridge). In that form there is only one kick. This is Bic Bo Sam Tong (shuffle step, three way fist)
Lam sijo was known as "Ying Yang Hands" because of his execellent internal power and explosive ging, and how he could go from soft to hard within the same combination!!! My sifu can do the same, which is why many masters refer to him as Lam Sijo reborn!
actually, one should be practicing th internal from the first dy in order to completely develop the right harmony of internal and external. The point is that unlike other styles the internal is already built into the component of the style. The ideal of the style being based on a mythical beast is to teach this precept from the beginning. The entire system is structured to develop internal proweress with solid physical fitness.
one of the fundamental caracteritcs of the long ying, is that after years of external kung fu training, the long ying technics become internal, and this great style is mixed, with the nature of both external and internal training!!
Hi! im training lung ying in brazil with sifu lam kwok fun, student of lam lop gei, i would like to know if theres many schools of lung ying in usa?? in wich state?? thanks!
Well there is the Yip Wing hong school here in NYC, there are 3 schools in California, and Lam Chi Ping in Sarasota Florida. But that's basically it. Let's keep in touch! My number here is 646.339.7697. Sifu and I will be traveling around the world this year to connect with other dragon family.
Um, there's Zhou Lou in San Francisco, Steve Martin in either San Diego or Arizona, And another Sifu in San Diego who's name escapes me...oh, and there's Steve's student Peter Pena in Mesa CA
Depends on what you consider "energy". Anyway, you only know a person's true power if you touch their hands. Otherwise all that force you usually see is simply "show" but I don't proclaim to have all the answrs, I only know that what my sifu taught me has worked for me in the street and that's all that matters to me. Along with the virtue of course!!!
For sure brother. Where you located? I'd love to exchange ideas. Touch hands a little and have Yum Cha. Feel free to keep in touch with me and let's help grow the Dragon/Bak Mei family!
Well Sifu and I will be taking our show on the road early next year. we planned on coming that way!!! Plus I work in the music business and travel a lot, so I may make it out there sometime this year. Let's keep in touch.
Absolutely beautiful performance!...peace

Unfortunately, not many masters teach the style this way.
