I wanted this phone but the more I hear the more I don't want it. First I'm looking for a phone that supports flash, & I hear the hero does but that's one ugly piece plastic. Second the price with new contract its still $250. & the hero is cheaper & it can do a little more? will somone give me some advice on which is sprints best phone to date?

Don't listen to this guy. The default browser is Opera Mobile 9.7 and it's very good. Twitter app doesn't work, but with the browser handling full webpages, you really don't need a stand-alone app for it.

Ive had the first instinct since it came out and i'm pretty used to it so i know i know how to work the Instinct HD because its the same... Should i get the new Instinct or HTC Hero??

It looks like the HD's screen uses up more realistate then the Hero on its equal 3.2 screen ;(

I wonder if the web browser has flash support. I wonder how the face book app looks. So far so good. I would have like to see more on the camera since this is what the phone's power point is.

firstly, why do a review with a 1/2 charged battery? why not fully charge it so you don't run the risk of it dying or lagging because of lack of power. you could've even plugged it in.

secondly, there are more features for while on the phone, you can hit "home" and send text or type notes or most anything without disturbing the caller with clicking or tones; simply put the phone on speaker if you're going to do this.
