Why is the photos printed out from my La Sardina very blur although I hold the shutter for 3 seconds?

@jwsm9998 Because if you use a long shutter speed that means more light is getting into the the picture, so if you move, it will blur. To not get blurry pictures use a high apeture and a really short shutter speed.

@redfoxdude Yes, everything is plastic, including the lens, body etc. The flash is called Fritz the Blitz, Lomography's most powerful flash ever! :D
