You can not be submissive and equal. Submission is defined as setting yourself at a lower or servile status to another. So by the very definition you can not be submissive and equal. Secure women are women who want an equal partner. Weak willed women are the one who seak to be submissive and who usually find themselves miserable, beat up and with a loser. For only secure men seek equal partners where as losers seek women they can control.

@0Sindel12 Your definition of submission is worldly. Men & women are not equal, but both sexes are due of ultimate respect by ea. other. When I & other women say we want to submit, it's not b/c we view ourselves as lower than. Before God women are equal to men in that God would not suffer a men or women to mistreat each other. From a Biblical pov, a submissive woman is strong, not weak. Allowing a man to disrespect you is NOT God's plan. It's NOT the Biblical way of being submissive.

A woman may be submissive, but not willing to use that term to describe herself bc that term is narrowed in how it is used. If I can't submit myself to my husband, I need to find someone else. I'm coming from a Biblical perspective which you may not share. Remember that, that verse says, women should submit themselves to their husbands as is just unto the Lord. Is it just to submit yourself to a monster? If your husband is a loser you have other issues to worry about.

The Biblical Perspective is wrong. The Bible, Torah and Quran are sexist, homophobic and barbaric books written by primitive Middle Easterners who were rebelling against. Any man who requires that a woman submit to him is an evil person because he is asking that a woman lower herself and chose to be lesser from him. Further more I am not married but none of the men I have been with have I ever submitted myself to.

Part of the confusion is how you & others are applying the word submission to mean and the context of how the word is being used in the video. Submission does not mean you are beneath anyone or not an equal. It's easy for me to understand this term properly b/c I've had 25 yrs of seeing what a submissive wife actually is. How you are defining submissive is not how I understand it to be =\ I definitely do not advocate being weak, unassertive & docile.

And just so women are clear, stress can and typically does stop/delay/lighten your menses. Overexertion causes stress; that can be mental or physical exertion. So, no, not having enough body fat is not the only cause for reproductive issues. :-)

I don't see what the resistance to being submissive is? Maybe people have a different perceptions and definitions of what being submissive is all about.

submissive or slave is not the same my wife is submissive but she,s a strong and smart woman ,my life would be nothing without her.i treat her like a queen because she treat,s me so good.a lot of men like the good part but not the hard work ,if you are in the bible or not don,t forget your responsibility .as a man you have to provide for you wife and children and give them a safe way of living etc nice house nice life to the best of your ability

One perfect example is how most marathon runners, female body builders , and just about any female in extreme sporting typically lose their menses. That is common knowledge but if you'd like, you're more than welcome to use google scholar to find articles. :)

You're applying a VERY general term with "overexertion" to a very small subject and that is not having enough body fat (as to what examples you gave of overexerting).
