You should watch Ryouki Abe's performance of Kata Seipai. It is much more dynamic, and is according to the WKF's Shitei Kata.

@jkaki00 This Kata is traditional Kata, the Other one is WFF Kata, is a diferent way, diferent perfomance, do not compare.
