They should've taken that guy who plays that guitar solo out (have forgotten his name) and put Billie Joe Armstrong instead. I think he's underrestimated.
Joe sang and protests with passion. Songs about Classes, poverty, History, Race, Wars & foreign policys of the west. A truly underlooked talent. . Bob Geldof and Bono wish they had the morals of this man. Although they likes throw tantrums if they don't get an honor just for saying the word africa...
This is probably one of the better things i've seen on the Grammys. Let's face it the grammys are a joke. But this was very well done. Joe strummer. Man talk ab out good guys dying way before their time.
Wish I was there. The guitar and voices Rock Army I've never seen matched so, and I've been watcing a long time. Extremely, extremely impressive. Great ode to this great song. Wish I could have heard this live.
Seeing this on TV a few years ago made me wanna learn guitar and Im still doing it. 4 guys with a guitar all of whom are pretty huge in the music industry is just awesome. Only word for it. Thats a power band if I've ever seen one.
A fitting tribute to Joe. Every time I watch this clip, it makes me remember him fondly instead of being sad that he's gone. You think Tony Kanal (from No Doubt, playing bass on this) was psyched to be playing with these guys on this occasion? Yeah, me too.
Er war einer der BESTEN!!!

ARE YOU JOKING!?! disgracing a father of punk rock with green day? never say them in the same sentence again please.

Billie Joe's head would explode if he tried any Joe song, let alone "London Calling". Let's keep Billie Joe in the kiddie pool so he won't drown.

each of them put in their own touch, costello wasn't 'off', that's just the way he sings.

Excelent. I think Steve Jones should have been ine the lineup. He might have been intimidated with the talent.

strummer was just the best, clash or solo

liked that a whole lot more than i thought i would. Joe was a big Springsteen fan, so he'd have been pretty pleased. Bruce is totally there.

I believe the drummer is Pete Thomas of The Attractions

Good performance for a great man but I can't stand the videos in the background. Just play the damn song! Well that's the Grammys for you.
RIP Joe.
