The ppl you can/can't trust was not the issue here... I've had far more trust-issues with people in Chiboum than anywhere else, 1 000 000 habs city or not.
But then again, its a very personnal choice I guess. Chiboum is my hometown and I still have this twisted love/hate thing for it, plus the nostalgia factor.
