@Humeir24 I agree with you about mafia 2 looking better and having a better atomoshpere but I'm not one to compare so I'll put it this way. Mafia 2 is better in terms of realism, voice acting and dialouge, Graphics and a far better atomosphere. But GTA offers alot more hours for the gamer, a better cast of characters (in my opinion) and alot more to explore and do which to me is what the majority of players out there look for in a game. I give Mafia 7/10 GTA 8.5/10

Fun game but why oh why didnt they make mouse steering for vehicles... tapping a button over and over isnt really optimal (PC). Awesome physics and handling and they tap tap tap tap tap tap tap tap to get around a corner. Very bad.

If you follow him everyday for eight years it would just be boring,lol. This game was awesome (Y) Had a lot more story and less action than the first one but still awesome!

@TLK500 It's not like the first Mafia where you connect with the character and you feel you make progress in the game as it takes your through the years and you will see the family in the good times and in the bad. In Mafia 2 it just makes a huge jump between prison and the 50's, so sure it spans 8 years in game years but you don't do much at all in all those years. This game is a disappointment, just do some research and see how much the game developers cut out from the story and gameplay.

@VuDu4000 It was ment do be a story-game,otherwise they would'nt have made it like this,with less action and things happening. I for one enjoyed the first game mainly because of all the action,in Mafia 2 i felt more like i watched a movie but just when the game was getting a little bit slow you get to kill hundreds of enemies. The only thing im disappointed in is that some parts of the game glitches,and then the fact that they took out three alernate endings. Other than that I love this game

@darroni123 If you play it constantly without pauses it'll probably take you around 11-15 hours to get through, IF you DONT search for all the extra material in the city. If you do that it'll probably take..A LOT longer to finish. I think you should buy it,i was'nt disappointed!

I played the Demo on my laptop (44-55 fps) and it is very clear that the game is well optimised. I saw no more than 74% usage of my mobile i7 Quad so far which is a far cry from GTA IV's 90% usage and lower performance. I love both games though. The PC Demo time limit has been frozen too.
