I see why they thank Stewart Copeland in the album sleeve, this sounds like something The Police could have released! But don't get me wrong, I'm not knocking the song or anything, I love the Foo Fighters!
Wow, I remember getting this CD for my birthday when I was in 6th grade almost a decade ago. Needless to say, I thought it was the most amazing CD I had ever listened to.
In my opnion this song shouldn't be played on the radio because its good for actual fans of the music not those morons that hear this song and go "oh I love this song let me call it 300 times in a week so its overplayed and annoying" *cough* second chance by shinedown *cough*
dude......this guy totally made use of the "talk box" i mean peter framton totally used it so good on show me the way but this song takes the cake i loved it in high school and dont think ill ever get sick of it!
A lot of their songs are on the radio. Everlong, The pretender, Times Like These, and My hero. I think there are way better songs by them such as this song that should be played though.
This song is totally underrated, like Aurora and Ain´t it the live, but I luv Generator soooooo much, was my fav Foo song for a long time and is still my num. 3
They make the T-pain mic seem cool

Definitely an underrated song, but I find that with so many Foo Fighters songs. Most of my fav. Foo songs never made it to radio

Very true, I find that true for most great bands.

yeah they did:p well all over the Ottawa rock stations in Canada

Indeed. It's like all the generic drivel like The Pretender makes it and then stuff like this doesn't. But then, most radio is generic drivel.

This was a radio single where I was from at the time - just like The Pretender was when it came out. Stacked Actors was a radio single as well.
