I think the whore of Babylon is either a genuine mystery religion that was established for the purpose of evil, OR merely apostasy from God. I pray to Jesus first everyday. If I hear a Baptist say that only the people in his church are saved, does that mean all baptists believe that? No. There are many who misrepresent the Church. Stop going to fallible men to learn about the Church. Go do your own research by looking at the official writings of the Church.

the first thing I learned about revelations from the adventist church was that it was a revelation of Jesus Christ, not of John let alone the beast. The beast just happens to be part of it. adventist are also aware that the word antichrist does not appear in rev. But just so people are clear anti in the bible does not mean against but instead of (a replacement).

I believe there are very faithful and devout Catholics as I believe there are in most faiths. But it was the Catholics that persecuted millions of people and that's a historical fact and it relates exactly to prophecy. I do agree that SDA's need to be careful not to be legalistic, it can happen, but we do not obey God's law to be saved because we are saved by His grace. We obey His law because we love Him and because we are saved. Jesus said, "If you love me, keep my commandments".

It's not just the catholic church that have persecuted people. Islam is also guilty of great persecution. People have suffered more at their hands than they did from catholics.

And we do not claim that we are the only saved. God has faithful one's in every church. But the fact that you have said such derogatory and hateful remarks about SDA's is just proof of the prophecy that God's people will be persecuted.

If you have really listened to the teachings you will see it played out soon enough as we are in these times. Catholics have deified Mary and this often supercedes the deity of Jesus Christ. This is not Biblical.

I will begin by telling you that I am a SDA Christian. I couldn't get through your entire video because the sound quality is not very good. I also belong to a church that holds more of the historical views and I'm really glad to be a part of the Body of Christ. As for the jewelry and make up it's Biblical. But I don't believe that just because someone wears jewelry they will be lost. But our relationship with God is about surrender and giving up idols. It is not about being perfect. More ....

I attend a SDA church since no apostate Christian churchs honor the Sabbath as we are specifically told to do. SDA's, or atleast from what I have seen, the adventists never not once mind you have ever claimed the Yahshua was not the Son of God, and was is God himself in the flesh. I would like to know where you get this information? Also, when asked, I respond by saying I am a Christian and not an adventist. Also, here is wisedom, Nimrod is the beast.

I attended a SDA church for a while. They have some different ideas than other mainstream denominations. But the thing that troubled me the most was their legalistic view about make-up & jewelry. There was a discussion about whether someone should be baptised if they were post earrings. I wasn't there that day, but it insulted me to think something like that would be mentioned. Who cares? There is nothing wrong w/makeup or jewelry. This proved to me they are legalistic and cultish about it.

I agree. There are some good people within the SDA's. I'm still friends w/some of them today. I also agree that the Sabbath is on Saturday, but I don't believe that non-Sabbath keepers are doomed. The SDA's seem to put too much stock into "laws" rather than the grace of God who does know people's hearts. I wasn't impressed with Ellen either, but that's for another thread. I feel bad for people stuck in this church who feel they must tow the line in order to look or feel "holy".

He he...in the original biblical context the word we translate into English as 'angel' in Hebrew is actually a word that means 'messenger'. The word 'Arch' means highest. The name Michael in the original Hebrew means "who is like God.' Jesus Christ was a messenger of God, and he certainly was the highest, also Jesus Christ being the Son of God, was like God. It is really simple.

That is true, he says it in all through the verses, the one i like is verse 22 Who is the liar but he who denies that Jesus is the Christ? This is the Antichrist, he who denies the Father and the Son. There are a number of so called groups(cults) that can be put to the test by this scripture.
