im always curious. how'd u live there if your originally from america? how'd u get around and how did u communicate w people? im gonna go on a trip myself and buy a translator and an atlas book before i go.

You're right, I've been to both places and on just about every single street corner in Tokyo, are the buildings lit up like times square, where as everywhere in NYC is old gray depressing CRAP!
