@gabeonly It is a peacock mantis shrimp one of the only meanest shrimp that can live in a tank allso the 2 or 3 biggest,,,,they have the power of a 22. and are called finger breakers to thumb splitters and i have had one but broke my fish tank and one of my brothers cut opened his arm and i have been hit by a pumbler not a spearer but still hurts and they are very smart and can see over 3000 colors more than what we can also thier brains are one of the most intelligent sea creatures.

Unless it died of a freak heart attack while in the prime of it's life, it's more than a possibility that something inside of it got old and funked up sorta bad. There's reasons why they have live lobsters at restraunts. With sea critters, decomposition is a lot quicker. Unless you were there in its' dying moments, then plenty could've happened in the minutes/hours it sat at room temperature.
