  • Your a moron, it's my opinion. What makes it ignorant? Please expand. I gave clear fair reasons, I suggest you check some of the reviews Bioshock 2 got.

  • Bioshock 2 did suck.

  • @kingharris22 No it didnt, Bioshock 1 may have been better, but Bioshock 2 most certainly did not suck.

  • @MrBubbles192 Yes it did. The story was everywhere, poor design, poor narative. Done.

  • @kingharris22 no it wasnt, it was a good game, thats your own ignorant opinion.

  • I WANT TO TAKE THE EARS OFF!

  • i heard this music before on fantasia 2000.....

  • Greatest fucking game EVER

  • @davidthesmall

When you look at Bioshock 2 that SUCKED, then you understand truely what Bioshock 1 was : a masterpiece.

  • @Xecutionner2K

Bioshock 2 was good in my opinion. You can't compare them, because they're not dealing with the same themes.

I think they're both masterpieces, in their own ways.

  • well that ended quicker than I expected

  • @AtGouger that's fucking awesome he's down there in whatever hell they threw him in laughing and praising you saying "This is my true Magnum Opus."

  • Well, I can play up to :26....

YES! Ha ha, it's an achievement for me.

  • @AtGouger lol funny thing is you get a trophy for it too.

  • I always left Cohen alive. He's too interesting to kill.

  • @OhhhMyAxels you get stuff for killing him though

  • I'd play that game only to listen to this song in its context. holy fuck, what a piece. Mind blowing

  • Dah dah dah dahdahdah daaah... No... NooO!!!

    Allegro... ALLEGRO!!!

  • Seeing Sander Cohen was what got me into Bioshock, definetely.

I saw him through someone I watch on youtube and subsribed too (DasBoSchitt. :P)

And wanted Bioshock ever since, he freaks you in a way, yet he's amazing too. =O

I have Bioshock 2 and that really really got me into it, I want Bioshock 1 now. =) To play this part with Cohen. ^_^

  • I love Cohen! All time favourite character, I just love his insanity. The way his mind works, his standards are so high too. And how he welcomes the player with a spotlight, lovely! And the masterpiece part...one of my favorite levels of the game. I am only on level 4 of piano, but I will learn this. I must!

  • @thefuzzbuzzmuzzcuzz , good luck . im trying it too!!

  • 1 Dislike? Must have been Patrick which got killed in piano explosion when stopped playing this awesome piece of art...

  • Best part of the whole series!

  • If you liked this soundtrack, listen to my medleys and tell me what you think of them!

  • 1 person doesn't like this? I don't need you! Screw you! Screw all you fucking doubters!

  • Lol. "No no allto allto allto ahahaah ur doing it rong!" "i'm sorry!!!". No. BOOM

  • He was a good artist... Too bad he was fucked up crazy...

  • the one personwho hates this needs to get there ears away from justin bieber and listen to some quality music

  • @thresholder1 I know you have good intents, but bringing up justin bieber's name on every vid because there were people who used their power to press the 'don't like' button, it doesn't solve anything, it just reminds me of it..

  • I didn't kill him, he's an ARTIST! <3 he really grew on me for some reason. Liked his part of the game the most...

  • I don't get why everyone hates Cohen. He's so crazy and original!

  • Great song in of itself, I love the somewhat offbeat rythm

  • @condemndeya: I heard it was in the past of Rapture... so there's a chance he will live ON!

  • I never had the heart to kill Cohen, Look at the crazy shit head, He's too amazing for death!

  • He would have loved Infinite........ T_T

  • @Condemnedya but infinite is set before bioshock 1 and 2

  • after a Bouncer, Cohen is the most strongest Rapture's habitant

  • sander cohen: artist, visionary, crazy motherfucker

  • 0:11, brings back memories of shooting splicers in the face :)

  • @ManWithThePlan16 personally, i used the wrench (with the freeze tonic thing) swinging to the music

  • Fort Frolic is my favourite area of Rapture in the game, and Cohen is such a great character.

  • Awesome level, I'm pretty sure Sander Cohen is my favorite character from this game. XD

  • allegro, allegro!

  • @AtGouger Se7en ^^

  • i know what you are. you're an angel. i've never painted an angel before...

  • Wow, who's the one jackass that voted "I dislike this"?

  • @george77772moons I think somebody just has bad aim. They were thinking, "click LIKE... oh shoot! I accidentaly hit DISLIKE!"

  • @george77772moons Iwas just thinking the same thing, literally

  • man they shouldve had Cohen like come back through a vita chamber in the second one, or at least an apprtentice of his be in the second one finishing his work.

  • in dionysus park if you take the little sister to gather from the corpse where you meet the first houdini this song comes up to

  • seriously?!?!

  • "I want to take the ears off, but I can't. It's my curse. I hop. But when I hope, I don't leave the ground. I want to take the ears off, but I can't! I WANT TO TAKE THE EARS OFF, BUT I CAN'T! IT'S MY CURSE! MY FUCKING CURSE! TAKE THE EARS OFF! PLEASE! PLEEEEEEEEAAAAASEEE!!!!!!"

Favorite Audio Diary in the game.

  • bioshock would fit good as a hitchcock film

  • omg when i saw the comments about a bioshock movie the 1st thing i did was check who the director is on imdb and sighed with relief in the absence of uwe boll's name

  • lmao

  • Bioshock was one of the most important games ever.

  • Yes, yes it is........not was though, it still is

  • I wish there was a book about the life of Sander Cohen.

    The Bunny

    My Life as an Artist

    By Sander Cohen

  • i hope they'll make a bioshock 3 :I

  • they will =)

  • hope so X_X

  • I do too, but what will the story be about?

  • i hope they make a bioshock movie of the first and second

  • actually i just saw the hurt locker yesterday, and the guy who played will would make a good jack. also johnathan pryce as andrew ryan would be excellent.

  • Nerd alert! Who do you want to see in the Bioshock film? I'd love to see Gary Oldman anywhere (he's my actor crush #1), but I think he'd be particularly great as either Andrew Ryan or Fontaine; Ryan because you know he could pull off a kickass death scene, and Fontaine because of his renown skill with accents. For Jack Ryan, I could see Lee Pace showing his inner badass (that we saw in The Fall), plus he sorta has those classic good-looks so he could do a 50-60's good guy thing

  • Comment removed

  • the two actors i need to see in a bioshock movie are stanley tucci as frank fontaine and nathon fillion as jack ryan.

  • ooh, I never would have thought of Nathon Fillion...Good choice!

Also, John Barrowman (Dr. Who, Torchwood) comes to mind.

  • If Vincent Price was still alive, he would fit Andrew Ryan perfectly.

  • nah he'd be better as sander cohen

  • noooooo the bioshock movie isnt a prequel or a sequel, its just the same story from the game adapted into a movie :(

  • Cohen is probably one of the most memorable characters of game history ever. Wait a second. Bishock is the most memorable game so it makes sense

  • I will never forget Cohen, that crazy bastard was the must fun ever

  • i vaguely remember him since i havent played bioshock since it came out, im pretty sure i shot him soon as i saw him...

  • "Time wise... You can get something decent on the radio..."

  • if hollywood wants to make a moive make it a prequal that way they wont fuck it up like they do everyother adptaion

  • Every great director, from Hitchcock to Coppola, has dealt almost exclusively with adaptations. "Rebecca" "The Birds" "Apocalypse Now!" "A Clockwork Orange"...all of them based (some more loosely than others) on a source material. I don't think game adaptations have evolved to that point yet, but we may soon see that day. Keep up hope!

  • i killed cohen just after I remembered the "i want to take the ears off" speech before I left the fort frolic level, and I decided it was best to put him out of his misery.

  • too bad you killed him "there" and not waited.

  • it doesn't matter to me. I killed him with the crossbow he gave to me and then took a picture of him because I'm fucking poetic.

  • if you cant come in from the cold, ya gotta let ice over yer heart. And the Iceman cometh Sander Baby, The ICEMAN FUCKING COMETH.

  • Cohen: "da da-dad-ad-da!! No no no, wrong! Play it again!"

Fitzpatrick: "Cohen you sick fuck! Let me out of here!"

    *BOOM*

  • gotta love sander cohen hes a comfirmed character for the bioshock film i would like to see dr steinmen in it but hes not confirmed oh well sander cohen ftw

  • Bioshock film? WHERE!?!?

  • "I don't want to hurt you, I just want to see what's inside"

  • "I just want to heal your wounds"

  • "I could have been the toast of Broadway, the talk of Hollywood. But, instead, I followed you to this soggy bucket."

  • Fly away little moth! FLYYY!

  • Comment removed

  • i want to take the ears off.....

  • but you can't, it's your curse.

  • Left me to freeze ?

  • It's a quote from the game.

  • son of a bitch

  • "Oh, I've got a pose all picked out for yoooouuuu..."

  • my muse is a fickle bitch with a short attention span!!

  • i hope you can encounter his ghost playing the piano in the second bioshock

  • If you spare him at Fort Frolic, you meet him again at his apartment in Point Prometheus. If you kill him there you get access to a power to the people upgrade station.

  • Cohen: Fly fly FLY!!! like the way you kill, looks like your are a angel

  • ,,Ahhh.....that's better Atlas-Ryan Atlas-Ryan tadadadadadada...time once you could hear something decent on the radio, the artist has a duty: to seduce the ear and to light the spirit! so say goodbye to thoose two blowhugs atlas and ryan and hello to An Evening with Sander Cohen"

  • "come in, COME IN! Sander Cohen awaits you in the Fleet Hall!

  • I luv Sander Cohen.

One of my favorite game chars

  • "Cohen you sick fuck let me out of this!"

  • 'BOOM'

  • @xZippy38 Lol i always shoot him before says that

  • @xZippy38 Boom

  • An excellent piece.I havent met Cohen in my Bioshock story yet but it sounds epic.

  • your in for a real treat my freind

  • :) im sure!

  • *MUSIC*

Cohen: Da da da da da da da, presto, presto, no NO...

    Filzpatrick: I'm trying, PLEASE!

    Cohen: Once again, Filzpatrick.

    *MUSIC*

    Cohen: Allegro, allegro, no NO...

Filzpatrick: Oh, Cohen, you sick fuck! Let me outta thi- *EXPLOSION*

The piano that Filzpatrick was playing turns into a roaring fireball.

  • Cohen: Now take a picture...

I love getting that "Irony" achievement on the Xbox 360 where you can kill him later in the game and get a picture of him instead.

  • Cohen mixes artistic talent with insanity to create one of the most striking video game characters ever. He scared the shit out of me on my first play throught of this game. Then, I saw how COOL he is!

  • the componist has my respect, my full respect. very beautiful composed *-*

  • "AHHHHhhhh that's better. Atlas, Ryan, Atlas, Ryan, da-da da-da da-da da...Time was you could hear something decent on the radio. The artist has a duty to seduce the ear and delight the spirit. So say goodbye to those two blowhards, and hello...to an evening with Sander Cohen."

  • ITS SANDER FUCKING COHEN!

  • I love Sander Cohen! He is so fucking cool!

  • First time I played Bioshock, I ended up killing Cohen when I set him on fire. I didn't realize that when I took the picture, that gave me the award 'Irony'. I thought it was a flaming joke.

    Ha, ha.

  • Like Chopin

  • its easy. i set him on fire, waited, and then SHOTGUN TO THE OCULAR CAVITY!

  • ALLEGRO!!!!

  • "I could have been the toast of Broadway, the talk of Hollywood. But, instead, I followed you to this soggy bucket. When you needed my star light, I illuminated you. But now I rot, waiting for an audience that doesn't... ever... come... I'm writing something for you, Andrew Ryan...it's a requiem."

And a masterpiece it is. Ahh I simply love this song...

  • I didnt have a hard time only problem is he kept poofing everywhere.

  • Did anyone have a hard time killing Cohen? Because someone told me it would be a Fight to the deaths and I freakin shot Cohen in the Head with the Crossbow and Boom, down, flat fuck fell. I was expecting a fight and he goes down with a Steel Tip bolt.

  • i thought it was pretty freakin hard but that is a good strategy, ill try it next time

  • the funny part is it wasn't even a strategy. Basically you wait for to reappear which shouldn't be so hard to predict and just aim for the head. It seems to work throughout the entire game

  • I miss Cohen already, poor bloke, just wanted to be a famous artist and got dragged down into a "soggy bucket, waiting for an audience that never comes"

  • I also wonder where he got all the cement from in fort frolic. Doesn't quite seem like they have a construction site there or anythin

  • I killed cohen :D

  • Poor Cohen, he just wanted to take the ears off.

  • ha ha

  • Sander Cohen was quite possibly the best thing they added to Bioshock besides the bigdaddy. He portrays the psychotic side of rapture and what really happened when the city began to fall. The masterpeice he wrote could only have been written be a madman, and yet a genius...

  • yesyesyes

  • quite possibly one of the most brilliant pieces of music ever. It PERFECTLY conveys the gorgeous insanity that is Sander Cohen. Subtly brilliant. I'm pissed he won't survive for Bioshock 2... that little moth would have turned into a magnificent beautiful butterfly!!! Fly away little butterfly, fly to the sun!

  • They always kill the artists first.

  • again, yesyesyesyesyesyes

  • Indescribebly awesome!!!!!

  • when i hear this song i remeber cohens "dadadadadada!" before the piano blow :)

  • just got the sheet music 4 this :)

  • where?

  • just type in cohens masterpiece tutorial and theres a video with a link that u can download the sheet music from in the descriptions

  • dadadadadada! alegro, ALEGRO! no! no! no!

    again, young Fitzpatrick...

  • Cohen you sick FUCK let me outta hear

  • Boom !

  • The Wild Bunny by Sander Cohen:

I want to take the ears off, but I can't. I hop, and when I hop, I never get off the ground. It's my curse, my eternal curse! I want to take the ears off but I can't! It's my curse! It's my fucking curse! I want to take the ears off! Please! Take them off! Please!

  • cohen is a genius

  • Beautiful.

  • No man can understand all the aspects of life at the same time. Thus, the hypocricy of the world will continue on.

  • god i would love to live a world like bioshock before it went down the drain it would be great a world with no boundrys a world where an artist not a pencil for hire

  • Btw. Cohen has anger issues.

  • I love the part when you walk into the auditorium and that guys freaking out about not playing the piano right. Then he starts to scream at Cohen....Not a smart idea.....

  • Again...Young Fitzpatrick...

  • lol i love that part dadddaada no no no let me go you sick fuck

  • Dadadadada! Presto! No! No!

  • Haha I like how hes always calling you a little moth

  • haha.. yeah! reminds me of a hannibal lecter / clarice starling relationship

  • Hmmm... I do not know the game. But I love the music!

  • if u dont know the game, u better go buy it now! :P

  • Speaking of the music, do any of you know the name of the weird fiddle music that palys on the jukeboxes in Fort Frolic?

  • "Cohen you SICK FUCK! Let me out of thi-"

    BOOM

    =D

  • "Atlas, Ryan, Atlas, Ryan, da, da, da, da, da,"

  • I don't know why you retards down marked pricture's comment. It was a quote from Bioshock.

  • Oh, wow thanx Metalhead! you made everyone mark up my comment! (compliment;))

  • I want to take my ears off, but I can't......

  • IM SANDER FUCKING COHEN!!!! cohen was the shit in Bioshock man...

  • This song surely had to be inspired by Chopin's 'Ocean' - go listen to that song and tell me if you don't hear how similar it sounds... I love both songs though! Thanks for posting this :]

  • Your Welcome! ^_^

  • the guy who wrote this piece, Garry Schyman, was apparently going for a later Rachmaninoff sound. I think he composed a great piece either way.

  • as soon as I kill him, I'm gonna try to drag him to the incinerator near the beginning of the game and cremate the b****.

  • ¿Who is worst, Steinman or Cohen?

  • Steinman's work is more disturbing, but Cohen is more odd.

  • stienman

  • Incinerator? Beginning of the game? Pleasd elaborate.

  • near the beginning of the game, somewhere in the medical pavilion, there's a room where you should've gotten your 1st tonic: hacker's delight. you get it by pressing a button, which sends a corpse into the incinerator. After a few seconds, the hatch on it opens up to reveal a pile of ashes; and in it, hacker's delight; I want to try putting different corpses into it and see if they burn into ashes as well... or perhaps there's a reward for it...

  • Oh yeah. I know what you mean. There isn't a reward for it. No trohpy or achievment at least.

  • I just need to put a corpse of splicer in it and see wat happens...

  • Let me know the outcome.
