Does anyone on youtube know where to find "Galaxy Express 999- Emeraldas: The Eternal Wanderer"........... It was a super rare episode that only aired once in Japan and they never aired it again. Apparently it shows the fight between Maetel and Emeraldas which made them into arch-enemies. I've looked for that episode for years but could not find it. Everyone in Japan claims it is easy to find, but in America it is lost.

@Philipxb No kidding...Do you remember that episode where that weird guy psychologically melts down and decides to murder his girlfriend and her lover. That was weird how the episode ends with Tetsuro and Maetel forgiving him and pretty much saying that the girl was a slut and deserved it. Some of the episodes were really bizarre. I personally thought that only about 25 out of the 120ish episodes were EPIC, and the other episodes were just there to exist.

Yes, Leiji Matsumuto did the character designs and animation for Daft Punk's videos and later movie, Interstella 555. the Daft Punk guys are very big fans of Leiji Matsumoto's work, so they asked him to do the videos for them.

The part I remember about the series-Tetsuro always impulsively draws conclusion about humanity with each planet that he visits, which might be true in some small way, yet the longer he remains on that train ride, the more he realizes he can't draw any conclusions at all.
