This Tianjin Eye wasn't even in the running of world's tallest ferris wheel. This wheel is shorter than London Eye.

London Eye - 135m

Tianjin Eye - 120m

The only record is Tianjin Eye is the tallest ferris wheel built over a bridge. Tianjin Eye can never be taller than London Eye, since it was completed in 1999.

You are right. Tianjin Eye is the tallest one over a bridge. I have no idea why they did so perhaps to make a title... This looked stupid. But I guessed it would be a whole lot fun taking it.

Anyway, I already am not in Tianjin now, so I guess I do not have the chance to take it... lol
