I think the confusion stems from the difference between 'outtake' vs 'blooper reel' I'm willing to bet most of them were expecting to see one of those fake dumb animated things where you pretend to screw up or make funny little things happen to your characters while dolling out lame one-liners.

To be fair, it's likely that more than a few machinima subscribers missed 'crackdown: reloaded' and thus would not expect that something labeled outtakes would simply be a scene unused in that video.
