are all walnuts roasted from the grocery store.. because i cant tell.. ive always wondered if the ones i eat are roasted or are they edible and taste good raw..
@MegaTrolleater i would suggest buying them from a health food store, but if it says (and i think they're supposed to state this on the package) 'raw' vs 'roasted' thats how you'll know. they might not say anything, though, at first glance and you may need to look for it.

black walnuts are also anti parasite the oil can kill viruses and parasites.
