doesn't it suck how pretty they look in the pan and then when you swatch it, its just a streak of glitter... so you have no choice but to apply it wet because that is how you get the pigmentation you want.

Whats the difference between baked, mineralized, and regular eyeshadows?

@twilightmaniac717 A lot of companies use the words "baked" and "mineralize" interchangeably, although "mineralize" is usually more of a MAC term. A baked shadow is essentially a shadow that's literally baked (Stila & Milani use terracotta tiles) to supposedly create a more pigmented and easily blended dry/wet shadow. A "regular" eye shadow is a colored pressed powder that usually isn't easily used wet as it can compromise the quality of the powder.

I don't think the packaging is bad at all. Milani's is better than a lot of brands, not any different than MAC's cheap black plastic packaging. I really care what it looks like anyway though.

You should try together 4ever. The only blue I love. It's like a mix between very reach darken blue and a penny copper color and like teal shimmer. Very pretty :).

I really dislike Milani packaging something fierce. The "gold" plastic is tacky looking, many of their face and eye products are hard to open (the Multi-tasker is awful for this, not only is it hard to open, the cheap plastic edges dig into my fingers while I'm trying to pry it open) and they are ridiculously hard to store because the packaging is awkward and bulky.

What liquid do u use to make them wet just water? It doesn't change once it dries?

@moediddles1 Anything that's safe to use near the eyes. I usually use either MAC's Fix+ or their Mixing Medium, but you can also use Visine or even just water. And no, once the shadow is applied wet and then dries on your eye lid, it doesn't change the effect.

What primer do you recommend?

@Smileyamy817 For the eye lids? Anything really. They all work about the same. It just depends on your price range and favorite brand. I always use Urban Decay Primer Potion.
