It's weird first time I heard that song it reminded me of what they used in one mini game of Namco's Taiko no tatsujin (Taiko Drum Master) on PSP. It' pretty much the same so much I was starting to think that Falcom = Namco lol.

Ys windows 2000 version
only available in Japan, but u can buy it, this is the best version of Ys
