Cameron has pulled Tory MEPs out of the main centre-right group, the EPP, the most powerful group in the European Parliament, and formed a fringe party with homophobic and anti-semitic Polish MEPs, and a Latvian delegation which holds an annual march in remembrance of the Waffen SS. Whatever your views on Europe it is an embarrassment for Britain to have their largest delegation isolated in the EU with a bunch of extremists.

@2facedtories I suggest you do your reasearch young man. Firstly, groups in the EUP don't matter; it's a totally powerless parliament. Secondly, if you think they are homophobes then I suggest you do some research on the people Labour are allied with. They include murders, terrorists, a person who says that 911 was work of the US govt., a party which says gays are a disease, etc.. Thirdly, again do some research. The "SS" delegation is an event attended by all Latvian politicians to remember WW2

Cameron is trying to balance both environmentalists and climate change deniers - promising to be green whilst his MEPs (who are best placed to take action on climate change as that is one of the EU's competencies) do the exact opposite. The Conservatives need to be honest and say one way or the other, where do they stand on this issue?

CO2 is natural, we breathe it out, plants take it in. There is no scientific consensus on man made global warming. Climate change is natural. The very corporations that are causing pollution and looting the planets resources support the carbon con. It allows them to name real toxins as CO2 and gain in the carbon credits market while looking green. The whole carbon con is designed to bring in carbon taxes and further regulates peoples lives. No scientific consensus? There is not a single scientific body in the world that disagrees with the IPCC position. 97% of climate scientists believe recent warming to be mostly man-made. We have actual empirical evidence, from satellite measurements, that the Earths greenhouse effect is strengthening and trapping more heat.

2) All the data came from the fraudulent computer models and fake science, which came from the University of East Anglia. - where the climategate scandal started. The supposed investigation that found the con artists not guilty was a whitewash. Who do you think benefits from carbon taxes?

I brought into the discussion satellite IR radiation measurements which you probably didn't know of, and you keep insisting that they are in anywhere related to UEA. Well, try again. Making something up doesn't make it true. If you want to .."LOOK INTO IT", google "empirical evidence AGW" and read the skepticalscience article.

...if you read the article, you'll see that the studies I'm talking about are: Harries 2001, Griggs 2004, Chen 2007, Wang 2009 etc. Nothing to do with University of East Anglia. In essence, you talk completely out of your ass and urge others to "investigate".

If you must know, I'm a third year meteorology student and completed greenhouse effect/climate change related courses, read books, articles, and examined arguments on both sides, and weighted the scientific evidence.
