Oh, so suddenly the Irish Constitution is mentioned, that thing which will be superceded by the EU Treaties (Lisbon). Do you think the EU courts will place the Irish constitution over their own doctrine?
Plus, you'd better have a look at Protocol 2, which seeks to financially punish Ireland, devastatingly, should we pull out of any military action.
