Firstly some clarity on definition. A war crime is (by definition) a crime carried out by states. OBL was not a head of state. Without doubt but he was a criminal but he was not a war criminal. While OBL instigated some terrible acts (all around the world not just 9/11) it was not he who used 9/11 as a pretext for an illegal invasion in Iraq. When the Archbishop talks about the death of OBL he hints that one should not be driven purely by revenge or resort to terror and killing as OBL did.

Its a question of priority. Innocent people, women and children come first. Also the brave soldiers (who protect your right to have such opinions BTW) come first before war criminals.

Justice was done...the way Osama wanted it to be done. Once Osama knew he was completely compromised he tried his best to make it look that he was killed as unfairly as possible to make dim people like you rebuke his death so that his atrocious meme could survive through people like you Archbishop!!!

If the tactical forces had any other option they would NOT have killed Osama. It makes more sense to capture his ass than to kill him (even if they are going to ultimately give him the death penalty). That way they might be able to obtain more intelligence through him if he was alive.

Even if he did not surrender they still would have tried their best to capture him alive.

I really hate this man. He knows nothing about military operations. IF Osama wanted he could have surrendered instead HE chose to fight by using a female as a human shield and all other kinds of tactics to taunt opening fire on her and himself. A firefight ensued...surprise! Thus making it impossible to do anything else BUT open fire. Use LOGIC and TACTIC and RELATIVE MORALITY not the Bible on this one - or end up dead on the battlefield.
