If you have the consensus of the local community, dig up the cabling near the turbine preferably when it's not going, and break connection with the power network. Then short it out causing the turbine to burn out next time it starts.

Obviously consider the dangers of electricity.

All the people out here LOVE their wind turbines - we never hear any public complaints from leaseholders, ever… it’s something called – CONFIDENTIALITY. A complaint made in a public forum (by a leaseholder) with regard to problems with the turbines will end up in court.

Depression, sleep disturbance, headaches, high blood pressure = all symptoms of our shared lifestyle (excesses). Add to that a deep-seated fear of change, a bit of rabid xenophobia, and some self-obsessive NIMBY-ism, and what do you get? You get sick when your neighbours diversify their farming activities. My family has 2 wind turbines on our farm to provide us with our electricity for day to day needs - I have not ONCE felt any signs of illness and think that the anti turbine campaign is a complete load of rubbish. For those who argue that wind power is a 'fraud' and does not provide cheap electricity I welcome you to come and spend a day at our house. We do not pay the big power companies money to provide us with electricity & have never witnessed any wildlife being injured as a consequence!

They employ the people with skills electricians, mechanical engineers, scientist to build them in a wind rich resource area. They also bring in if unavailble or employ locals to maintian service the site. Don't forget the fencer and the cafes and the newsagent and pub. They all benefit from construction and beyond.

When I first heard about Wind Energy, I thought it must be good for the environment. After learning more about it, I have found out it is a FRAUD.... it is only good for making the wind companies rich. Wind farms do not produce cheap electricity, they are not making a difference to carbon output in Victoria, and they are not good for people or the environment. The health impacts of coal are way bigger than wind, that's what has been found in credible studies done in those countries you listed. Coal power plants leads to significant heavy metal contamination and chronic respiratory issues - and that's not to mention the mining. Why don't you come out and admit it - you don't believe in climate change and want to attack those calling for action.

When turbines are put where nobody lives you never hear about them unless they kill a lot of wildlife. Putting turbines 1,000-1,500' from non participating residences crushes property values and creates conflict in the community.
