I have played this level by your walkthrough countless times today. I have achieved 11.09 remaining and it still says silver medal.

Was trying this today. After building the observatory, i ran out of juice. I turned the power to max on the 3 power sources but that wasnt enough to proceed. At that point what should be on/off?

After the observatory is finished, everything should be powered on, except the Gargage 1 because it was glitched. (If you don't know the glitch, check out the video for ch 5.) If all three power sources are maxed out, you should have 263 extra power when you begin building the observatory. Gpod luck!
