"toy." (They pronounced his first name,
"sessil." Rhymes with "trestle.") A typical
Cecil Bill sentence: "Toy-toy-toy-toy-toy. Toy-toy-toy." Fran would answer in such a way as to clarify what Bill had said. "P.C." may have krept in: "Don't mock a speech impediment.."
