But to give a coherent response, I think Russia and China as well as France and Gordon Brown ( I utterly refuse to stoop as low as common British standard) will accept this currency as it's what they have wanted for at least 20 years. Imagine, they have the power to issue and take away money at will, ANY resistance (IF) that happened would be crushed immediately.

We see this happening now too, internet censorship and 'nuclear threats'... The trick is, fear nothing, except fear itself.

True, but fear can also be used as a motivator. ;) We can manipulate hints of fear and turn it into action since often times, an action causes a reaction. Several tend to do nothing, while others want other people to do the work for them, and still others will actually do some work to shift things in the way they want them to go. That's part of government. People band together and the ones who scream the loudest seem to get their way.

Last November when the Bank of England started to bailout some smaller banks,they had a rule that those receipients were to not use the money to buy other banks,or hoard it for themselves.But to loan it to small businesses,consumers etc to get the economy moving again.

TARP was something I was open to as long as it was supervised. Clearly there was no oversight. But, now there is NO EXCUSE!
