What is wrong with that balding guy in the front row rubbing his face at 0:38 ? In part one he was flipping through some book. He looks bored as hell.
I think this is my favorite of the five parts of this speech -- the trade-off between effectiveness and efficiency, and the solution offered by video games which is unique to them.
I wonder what the reaction to this speech was (besides the nervous laughter after his exit).
