  • This boat is for all intents and purposes used to test out stealth technology, fuel conservation, and the next generation of Landing Craft boats. Although this program and that off its sister ship was canceled last year due to its skyrocketing cost. The navy also states they have learned all they can about the technology. In fact the modern Swedish and Dutch Frigates incorporate alot of this slanted hull/rader reducing alloyes in its hull. US Navy didn't like the lack of armament, armor, & space

  • My Honda will smoke the shit out of this domestic.

    Vtec PoWERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!

  • This is some bullshit. Where was this ship when I joined? 4 years on a shitty LHD, when this is out there, is revolting.

  • music is really relaxing.

  • lol i personally think this is great music to go along with this video. for some reason it just matches the theme of the vid :P

  • HEY IT'S THE SHIP FROM CARS 2!

  • FUNCKING usaaaa.

  • LOL.....Fuk funding this prodject fund the railgun...LOL...There the new MWD...We could fire a Nuclear Missle past Mach-6..Thats 6x the speed of sound...LOL what anti-misssle could fuking hit that..

  • @thelilja5 Its not so much the waves, as the noise made by the waterjets, which are LOUDER THAN ALL HELL to a submarine. Add that to a squishy, flammable Aluminium hull and what you have here is a pretty target.

  • @SteamboatWilley well I think that for this ship is probable that will operate in shallow waters where options of submarines are limited especially against US navy. But missiles like RKV 500B with optoelectronical mode of homing or 4K44 with accept targeting inputs from UAVs can attack ships like this relatively easily.

  • @ygz1ygz lol Umad bro? get madder muslim retard. allah doesnt exist! :) and BTW the GERMAN people want the disgusting turkish out of their country (SOURCE, all the Germans i've talked to)

  • @asianiinvasion

If you knew anything, Hitler was killing everyone but muslims. And Allah means god in arabic language. And if u dont believe in god, I suggest you start at some point.

  • @Bosanac199pete

What the fuck has Hitler got to do with German people of today? Wake up.

  • @Bosanac199pete lol Zeus wasnt a real god, Chinese dragon wasnt a real god, Aztec Sun god wasnt real, why would "god" and "allah" be any LESS FAKE?

  • @asianiinvasion

If that's your will of thinking, I respect it. I just dont see why it bothers people who dont believe in god for those who do believe in him. If someone chooses to believe in something, it doesnt have to be god, w.e. it is, have some decency and respect it. Just the way i respect you if you dont believe it. Its ur choice, and this is mine. RESPECT!

  • @asianiinvasion lol idiot. here you meet the first german one that doesnt agree with you.

  • @Kekszbelow LOL Umad? You're a disgrace to your German countrymen

  • America, dominating the oceans.

  • thats gangster

  • is this a clitorial warship?

  • @snakesinmypants hahaha i think so. i mean look at the size of the pad it has roflmao

  • @ygz1ygz oh yeah, you guys own the famous Turkey Frigate...the largest in the sea.....made of wood!!! fascinating history!!

  • @tweetytime1 of course a disproportionate amount of taxes go towards military expenditures simply because roads and schools are much cheaper than fighter planes and nuclear reactor powered submarines

  • thats what they need on WHALE WARS !!.. please send them a ship like that

  • 283 people are Iranian sailors on frigates in the Strait of Hormuz.

  • The LCS designation is a bit ambitious. This light frigate is a purpose built Specops tool so don't expect to see too many of them. Essentially this is a fast deployment vessel that was built around a Helicopter hanger with seal teams in mind and not really expected to go into naval combat.

  • @yosecretsquirrel Corvette is a better term. our smallest frigate is twice as big as this lol...but i agree with you on the special ops thingy...what else would they do with a 704 million dollar "shallow water" speed boat with a 57mm on it? lol

  • Can't believe it, it's the Aussie ship builders can make such awesome ships

  • @Ybenasty Aussie Austal Corperation engineers designed the trimaran hull, while American General Dynamics engineers designed the superstructure and weapons systems, the Swedish SAAB made the radar, all assembled in Alabama USA :)

  • Does any knows how much gas it consumes?

  • bad ass

  • I like the Oliver Hazard Perry class Frigates better then this new design, they at least look like a small fighting ship even with the older missile launchers removed. The Freedom Class LCS-1 is also better looking, but I am anxious to see which one of these 2 class's end up with a better record of deployment. Looks aren't even a concern I know, but come on a ship could look tough even it it's a tiny Frigate or Littoral Combat Ship.

  • @vulpixgrant Yeah i miss the Hazard class -_- if an Independence class and a Hazard class had a WW2 style slug fest with guns, the Hazard would surely win because it has steel armor and 76mm gun instead of this thingy with its aluminum armor and 57mm LOL

  • @vulpixgrant Also the Government (the big piece of shit) CLOSED DOWN Todd Shipyards in California!!! thats where the Hazard class was built! major loss of American industry and jobs ;(

  • Sexy

  • i can see it!!

  • They copied this design from a car ferry ferry from Los Cristianos in Tenerife, the Benchijigua Express, which has a much nicer colour scheme.I like the tennis court on the back though.A bit of tennis in between manovers.nice touch .If yez ever break down, give us a call here in Tenerife and we will let our boys fix it for you. :)

  • USS Dildoship

  • この船カーズ2に出てきたぞ!

  • Turn that baby loose off the coast of Somalia and those pirates a-holes will really pucker.

  • Don´t get near the coast.

    _Cpt. Schearino

  • I recommend it to divert its course 15 degrees South to avoid collision with a Spanish lighthouse

  • voltron will blow that away in seconds

  • Aussie designed...

  • yup! it is real!

  • For those doubting this is real. It is real. It is part of the Littoral Combat Ship program, and its sister ship, the U.S.S. Freedom, is a different hull design. The two ship designs are competing against each other for the fate of the program.

  • looks like "shogun" from RA3

  • @xXChapp3rsXx Why not?

  • @JetMechMA its real, look closely at the textures, they're not fake or computer model made. Also, at 0:28, notice at the right of the screen the grey "wall". It's clearly video footage being taken from a helicopter. I think its real.

  • Indian Terminator music is actually quite fitting. IMHO

  • that' a tennis court for choppers.

  • What a beautiful ship!

  • NICE SHIP

  • what does it do?

  • Too specialized and not that useful. Sure it can get close into shore, but that leaves it vulnerable to all manner of ground attack. Unless it's a minesweeper/layer or can land loads of troops, it's pretty useless.

  • This thing is fucking awesome.

  • Mr Obama shut up and take my money

  • @xXChapp3rsXx That's The Runway... The Jets Land On Them... New Fighter Jets Land Like Helicopters...

  • Even the wake of that bad boy looks scarey!!!!

  • @tamassee1 hey, look who can't spell scary.

  • Comment removed

  • @dzuari 009SoundSystem paid me to choose one of their clips. This was the best one for the minute long video. Pay me more, and I'll change it to whatever you like. Otherwise, press mute and listen to something off of your Zune.

  • @SGTSnakeUSMC Zune HD was and still is one of the best in the top 2 music players.

Like it or not. I can't see what you replied to but I'm assuming it didn't have anything to do with Zune; but one of those isheep hipster fandroid, M$ fanboy things?

    If not I apologize.

  • @TheVenomStudio "Zune" was easier to type than "isheep hipster fandroid M$ fanboy thing".

  • @07duncan17 - Yeah....so what ?? At least we have this cool boat !!!!!!!

  • sorry duncan17, but, after your criticism of grammar, I think you'll find it's 'they're', as opposed to 'there' (as in they are). Apart from that - keep up the good werk :)

  • @07duncan17 "17-TILLION IN DEPT!" Kid, please learn how to use English before you type it. Also, what is with all the random Caps throughout your entire post? You want to get a point across, do it correctly.

On another note, every countries economy has been and will continue to go to shit for a while yet, its called a depression, and it doesn't just magically appear and disappear like your failed intellect and schooling may want you to believe.

  • ooooooooooooooo chinese navy you are destroy

  • Шляпа какае-то!

  • Is that a basketball court at the back?

  • how does it go in 30 foot seas?

  • Badass boat!!!!

  • Not a big fan of the tri-hull warships. thank god the Australian Navy doesn't have any

  • doesnt look very fast....and thats it going top speed

  • @android125 its just how big the boat and ocean are that make it look slow. its like when youre on the ground looking at an airplane far away that looks like it is floating

  • That's bad ass! Hell yeah, go U.S.A.!!!!

  • ...love the basketball court on the rear deck.

  • leave it to us to cruse in a bomb proof yacht,

in the words of fartgarfunkel, "looks like we got us a piece of art yeah"

  • Basketball in the middle of the ocean nice

  • this shis is just so badass that I first thought it's justa virtual concept.

  • Rebels have been sighted near endor!

all availible units to investigate immeaditley!

  • The precursor of The Shape of Things to Come. If they're successful, they'll grow some of them up, and you'll have a smaller version of an Aegis class cruiser with missile tubes all in a row. That's not a bad place for taxpayers to throw money. The bang-for-buck is awesome. Surface, sub-surface, land, and air targets...simultaneously. Really the only thing you'd have to do some engineering on would be to add a pop-up CIWS. Awesome.

  • Clitoral Combat Ship

  • @rodneyrockyou If you rub it right, everyone gets wet.

  • I want one

  • looks rather underarmed to me.

  • @DaddySir87 thats the stealthy part

  • @DaddySir87 So does the F-22 until it opens it's belly.

  • @DaddySir87 It's not supposed to be one of those ships that goes toe to toe with other ships or hunt subs, although it can. It's meant to be a ship that goes in and deploys SWCC/SEAL teams among other things. It's strength lies in it's versatility as it can carry different modules for different missions that require a fast response.

Just like anything new it's a ship that's gonna be tweaked on as time goes by to meet whatever demands the Navy will have in the future.

  • What I find REALLY annoying about the whole LCS program is that it is meant to replace the Oliver Hazard Perry class frigate with another frigate the doesn't have anything like the on-deck capability that the Perry has. It has no torpedoes, no VLS, only a (rather nice) new gun and a SeaRAM launcher, but fast. It has shorter range, and, if the helicopters are away, can't even fufill the major role of the OHPs, ASW. I don't think it has a towed array, but at 40 knots, it doesn't matter anyway.

  • @macfanpro It is not meant to replce the Oliver Hazard Perry Class. You say it doesn't have anything like the OHP class then you name torps and VLS. OHP class never had VLS, they used to have a Mk 13 Missile Launcher but all of them were disabled years ago. It is still a new program but the plan is it will have torps when fitted for ASW and it will also have the NLOS missile, something the OHP class never had (SUW Missile). It has a longer range when using diesels.

  • @cydonia21 The Aus. ones do, after replacing the Mk 13 at great cost, which I think was a better idea then just pulling the Mk 13 and filling in the hole, and as this is a new class of ship, a VLS would be much cheaper to add then what the Australians did. All of the things I mentioned are on the export proposal, as well as some insane stuff, but the more sensible things I mentioned are there. I haven't heard about a torpedo launcher on it, do you have a source?

  • @cydonia21 Oh, another thing I was thinking of to increase capability would be to add back the ASM launcher that the OHP lost with the removal of the Mk 13. NLOS was canceled, but 4 harpoon tubes would do nicely.

  • @macfanpro Griffin(joint army) was cancelled but NLOS is not. There has been some future chatter about a LCS with VLS (located in the deck where the DLS is located). It would be a limited number of tubes (4 on each side) General Dynamics actually made some sketches of it and were showing them at conventions. Big problem is weight. Second problem is cost/crew support.

  • Awesome, it's got a soccer pitch on the back!

  • Why do you have footage of my yacht on youtube?

  • @AshwellAcott oh you mean the yacht you stole from me ahah lol

  • @AshwellAcott

You have a very nice tennis court on the yacht.

  • That is one ugly motherfucker.

  • This made me pee my pants. Twice.

  • How the fuck did I get from America's got talent to here....... I'm so lost.

  • she looks fast

  • 感覺好像可以飛到宇宙去....

  • where are the F-35 VTO aircraft ? ? ?

  • only a matter of time before it has a rail gun and antimissile laser systems

  • BATMAN: DOES IT COME IN BLACK??

  • 0:25

OH SHIT WE FORGOT THE BEER!!

  • Too bad it can't find the Gotland Class Swedish Submarine! Oh...ok...no one can...sorry...Lucky we're on the same side then...

  • @ShinyHagge Not finding it has a simple reason: it won't be "there" in the action. I mean, Sweden has instruments of warfare? For what? You'll stay neutral in every conflict anyway, as usual.

    ;)

  • wow a stealthy tennis court.

  • so i have a question what is the advantage and disadvantage of this hull design

  • @2010Reilly Very stable - shallow draught can work close to shore - ungodly fast

  • @2010Reilly Wide for stability, low draft, and to support its large mission bay and helo deck. Yes, also stealthy but thats due more to the lack of crap attached to it then the idea that they are going to make the stealthiest ship ever. The Hull is aluminium to 1. prevent corrosion and 2. Super light weight for low draft.

  • Barracuda Torpedo , built by the Germans , it cost 1/100000 of this ship and could it kill it in no time and no one got an answer to it , how about that for kicking ass

  • Finally it arrived, Lord Vader will be pleased.

  • The question is, will it blend?

  • @TheMrmusic71 Yes, it blends.

  • @SGTSnakeUSMC Everything blends, except Chuck Noris

  • @TheMrmusic71 stfu

  • @TheMrmusic71 not only does it blend! but it does it for you!

  • @dumbguy200 looks like you can land a helicopter on it. other than that who the hell knows.

  • @rphinks With that speed, you can land a jet fighter probably as well.

  • It looks nice, but they forgot to put in anything to keep it from falling apart due to galvanic corrosion. :(

  • thasa HUUUUUGE bish

  • @SGTSnakeUSMC lol, sure looks like it!

  • It's a Fugly Mthrfkr.

  • it looks fast...

  • Saw this design back in the 80,s . Slightly modified tho . Original was made in England or Sweden , But l8r cutout of the budget

  • Dare I say it, similar to British Type 45 Destroyer, but with guns of course, lol.

  • The nose, forward keel is alot like the speed record setting ship the USS United states.

  • we should deploy these immediately to safeguard the Death Star, rebel activity is much higher than the media would have you believe

  • @Demonaspet if im not mistaken the death star got blow the fk up 2 times

  • An oceangoing soccer field.

  • Wasnt this the LCS thats rusting in the propulsion system?

  • Вот здорово! Футбольное поле на воде!

  • ah.......china?.........russia?.......

  • The Swedes did this years before the Americans

  • @noobrider100 A country that is neutral in every war creating weapons of their own?

  • @tony38727 Neutrality doesnt protect you from agression. Si vis pacem, para bellum!

  • @tony38727 Ineutral in WW1 and WW2 yes, they've been in Afghanistan since 2001 and where also in Libya.

They have a very small but incredibly advanced military, might be worth doing your research before making sarcastic comments and making yourself look silly ;)

  • @noobrider100 That's stupid then why do they have muslim extremists running rampant on their streets?

  • @tony38727 What does that have to do with the price of cheese? They don't have people flyinig planes into buildings either, doesn't stop them having an advanced military now does it?

  • And this is what we'll devise Star Destroyers from :D

  • WoW a war ship with a tennis court for the boys. I like it, serve!

  • This is the next Sea Shepherd flag ship.

  • @mr1000rx They would not know how to run a ship like this one. They would end up killing someone.

  • oh and being American wont save you from this boat as Saudi Arabia and China are both looking into buying some

  • Her keel was laid down on 2 June 2005 at Marinette Marine, Marinette, Wisconsin.[22] The contract to build the ship was managed by Lockheed's Maritime Systems and Sensors (MS2) division, directed by Fred Moosally.[14] On 23 September 2006, LCS-1 was christened and launched at the Marinette Marine shipyard.[23] On 19 January 2006, the keel for the General Dynamics trimaran, USS Independence (LCS-2), was laid at the Austal USA shipyards in Mobile, Alabama. LCS-2 was launched 30 April 2008.

  • @timolean woww...where did you copy and paste that from -_-

  • Designed by the US Navy, built by Austal Ships, an Australian company. The first of them was built in Henderson, Western Australia, but the rest were built at Austal's Hawaiian shipyards

  • Is that a basketball court in the back?

  • I'm stunned,...the design, apparent speed, for it's size,...anybody know it's capabilities. I 'm glad i'm an American.

  • If they are willing to show us stuff like this, imagine what they AREN'T willing to show us?!

  • good lokkin ship

  • i wouldve put a c in front of it

  • built in australia

  • Um ok, can we please see it in rougher seas than that? LMAO.....

  • Design 'stolen' from the Swedish :-)

  • where do they use it for?

  • @fear2me It's obviously just for recreational purposes -- didn't you see the soccer field on the back?

  • Its not that stealthy, its got a football pitch on the back of it, and its on youtube! :-p

  • transformer shit just got real

  • Why don't they put the bridge in the center of the ship, so it can't be destroyed so easily?

  • @williebruciestewie Navigation bridge is on the top where it should be, the weapon systems center is in the center of the ship.

Sea ships will always have a bridge on the ships with windows. small wooden boats do not appear on radar. they always need lookouts.

Even if they create a navel version of "DAS" they will need a upper bridge in case it goes down.

It may happen but not in our lifetime.

  • UFO?

  • Looks like something from a bond film

  • A real cruiser designed for the tactical fighter F-35 which oblowme defunded

  • @lassiecox THAT MOTHERFU-, man why does he keep cancelling all the good stuff.

  • This is the thunder's big brother from thunder in paradise.

  • Its the one from Cars 2

  • The music is oddly fitting.

  • Can't they tell that this thing is displacing a shit ton of water? Not to mention the bubbles?

Still impressive, the nose is like a sword

  • @GreenAce92 Exactly as i thought. any sub or sonar equipped vessel would spot it from any distance.

  • How long b4 it's copied by the chinee?

  • Ow there is even a tennis court...

  • Imagine being a Somali pirate and seeing this baring down on you...

  • Wonder how much that thing cost?

  • This is chuck norris's yacht

  • she is a buttiful thing make in the make in good usa. washinton will by very happy . looks like one of them american reverlotion boat

  • Its a Littorial Combat ship, and you must be a E-5 or above in the US Navy to be part of her crew
