well u did a pretty good job of making that look like an apple commercial but first of all they wouldn't have been stupid enough to make the headphones come out of the longer side, that way u cant put it in ur pocket. plus they wouldnt stop the music when the video showed on the ipod.

If this was actually "leaked" footage it definitely would not have been edited to have captions and transitions. Leaked footage is like a 10 second glimpse of a future product, not an advertisement.

I doubt that this is real because of one MAJOR design flaw, the headphone outlet is on the bottom of the player. Who in there right mind would put it under a movie player? That's a detail that someone like Steve Jobs wouldn't allow.

You have a choice. When you watch a long movie, its easier to have it plugged in the top. When your using it in your pocket you will want it out the side. Also, its a dual in/out system. One can record while the other plays out. In a 'pro' version there will be HD capturing the the HD
