I liked this, but you got the years wrong. It's 200 years before Picard and 100 years before Kirk. Remember, Enterprise was set in the 22nd Century. The Original Series was about 100 years later in the 23rd Century, and The Next Generation was 200 years later in the 24th Century.
Well according to ST Generations Kirk died on the Enterprise B and then 75 years later we see the Crew of the Enterprise D... So not to be rude or anything but your wrong :)
I know I am late but BrandonRhea is correct. Enterprise took place starting in 2151. The adventures of Kirk started in 2266 (just a little over 100 years.) Add about 100 years between the first TOS episode and Picard, that would make it just a little over 200. So it would be more like 100 years before Kirk, and 200 before Picard.
