  • So critical to hire the right team. It can often make or break a campaign.

  • Eben; Hmmm...you've got an innovative stance on getting self-organising teams running without the politics. That's how great Generals and real leaders do it. Brilliant...

Btw...The concept of 'self-leaders' came from a guy called Mark Hamilton.

  • good personality with excellent presentations great I can hear u all day as well....

  • This is a fantastic message, I work for a fortune 100 company who puts in me in a box and does not allow me to have an opinion for myself. It would be a pleasure after twelve years of not being able to express my opinion to work for this type of company!

  • I will start using this information ASAP.

  • ITS JUST EXCELLENT DEAREST EBEN

  • If you have a business and take time to watch, it is very helpful. Not an entertainment video for kids.

Love all the thinking out of the box ideas.

Look for the Whos before the Hows.

    Very Useful info.

  • Like he says, dont do what everybody else is doing, be new, Worry more about the Whos than the Hows. Interview people more than once or twice before hiring. Other people will eat your lunch if you let them.

    Great information.

  • Wow Eben incredible.

    Now i understand.

1st qualification of a person,is weather they can self manage themselves.

And also LET the other people in the team have their input into ideals, instead of just telling them what to do.Best way to manage.Just like a Rock band.

Not all just the lead singer or guitarist.

But the bass, drum,Keyboard, and Sound people also.

Heck reason why Rock bands break up,Cause you have one guy try to manage(dictate) what the band should do.

  • Thanks David D. That's fantastic information. 5 Stars.

  • Empowering employees/team members to function at peak levels enables you to get input that you might never get otherwise. Too many managers believe "My way is the only way" or "It's none of your business" and therefore crush individual creativity. Take a page from Eben's book (and Michaelangelo's). Ask for feedback and suggestions. When you allow people to be their best, everyone wins! True Win-Win!

  • I was impressed with the content and presentation style. The videos are on target and provide great information to build or rebuild your business. Eben is a MENTOR!

  • This "Eben Pagan" guy is a clone of David Deangelo!!!! hahahahahaha

  • Great info David DeAngelo....

  • Great video. WOW, so much information on how interviews should really be done when hiring people and growing your business.

  • This was really good. I totally agree with what he's saying. I followed my mentor's advice before even seeing this video and I've been retired for 2 years now with B quadrant businesses.

  • Eben. Great view on working with employees. Love and highly agree with your views on evolving teams of self-directed individuals.

  • Great Idea for leadership vs management. Enrolling the team in the vision and having them produce the pathway to the results is a great way to empower the team...Owning the project as a group can lead to the satisfaction of each team member in the process. Keep up the good work.

  • Thanks Eben. Long time fan of all your endeavours.

  • I don't think this video series is aimed at the general public as the majority are sheep and not interested in business or the processes involved in developing a business, like hiring, but those that are facing these very issues (me) it is priceless in helping to formulate ones business growth plan.

    So top marks from me!

  • Eben took us along as he "trained us" in team building. If you have ever had a team you realize that these idea have a very good chance of success.

I am InspiredByPeopledotcom and Eben is one of those inspirational people that makes life a joy.

  • David, sorry Eben (old habits die hard), great video, great anecdotes, makes you think about the big picture. I've always considered you a great marketer but more importantly a great teacher. Always a pleasure to watch you operate.

  • This is very good info. Thanks for sharing

  • Long in one-sided presentation, short in precise pertinent point...

  • I really want to see what kind of business or marketing materials DD is coming out with in the near future. He should publish his own business/marketing courses long time ago.

  • Awesome..... His voice is so nice to listen so and I did not find myself zoning out like with some. Fabulous ideas of how to let the team organically evolve instead of trying to place people into a set routine. Thanks...this will help so much in my business, can not wait to see more!

  • Great video. The points about not setting rigid guidelines for teams in order to allow the team to form itself and the idea of collaborative brainstorming in order to have team members more committed to the project are so true yet often overlooked. Would love to see more.

  • Long, rambling, and really not for the general public.
