I'm in Canada and the green retards haven't approved Safari but I can get Imidacloprid as Admire 240f. I'm figuring about 300 ml to the gallon with 3 ounces agral 90 surfactant, I'm hoping that will do some good. There's about a billion trees over here that could be treated if this was available in Canada
