i just have to say... dont garrote an ele shaman. even while silenced they can throw out totems. one totem while glyphd produces a 5k dmg barrier, and again that can be done while silenced.. and its not only that totem, totems can be dropped while silenced. i play an ele shaman main, and cheap shot, i would say, would be more effective on a shaman.
