Testing informs people that they need treatment and to take precautions(always using protection and informing your partner. We all should be doing this. I do not support guys being Dl but after having conversations I can empathize. many children grow up in homes where they are discouraged to freely be who they are. Religion puts fear in them about their attractions. Therefore, they marry to fit into society, church and gain acceptance from loved ones.
The problem is when they do all that and still have attractions b/c now they are married with kids but their childhood feelings continuously resurface.

This is not specific to Black male prisoners, any prisoners because most of them have had male to male relations while in prison - no matter how they deny they did not go gay or made some type of exceptions like oral sex - they should be tested.

Well, it depends on the strain of HPV you contract not all strains eventually go away some stay and you can catch different types of cancer -women or men. Men can get penile cancer as well although there is not test to detect men as carriers of HPV. It's best nowadays just to be brutally honest with no pretense no matter how DESPERATE - unless folks do not care.

Testing informs people that they need treatment and to take precautions(always using protection and informing your partner. We all should be doing this. We wouldn't be infecting others, if we use condoms and stop treating sex like shaking hands. Why do we let folks ejaculate in us, when we hardly know them,wouldn't drink behind them or don't feel comfortable voicing our sexual concerns? Treatment for high blood pressure is fine. I'd rather see our system geared towards prevention of it.
