@pinkilivi123 - people who habitually visit ballet videos to make comments on the thinness of dancers have failed to understand the highly athletic nature of this art form which cannot express itself properly through a chunky body.

Dancers have to be naturally slender and athletic to succeed in this highly demanding world. They wouldn't be able to dance well if they were half starved and ill!

@indigovenice you are right... it annoys me when people make comments like that... I am not the thinnest dancer out there, and I can tell you it is hard hard HARD to dance when you have fat on you. Ballet requires for you to have lean muscle and minimum body fat... or it's harder to move and excute the technique properly.

nakamura is one of the prettiest things i've ever seen.

she has amazing extensions and a beautiful stage prescense.

what i love more about her is that she knows how to use her extensions in a good way without loosing her elegance and the idea of classical ballet.

I´m speaking German and they speak about the hard life of a ballerina, they say that the feet are the most imortant part of a ballerina. one woman who you can see speaking,she was dancing and then she twists her ankle and she broke her leg, and so she makes a break for one year and she has 2 operation.
