Playable: Yuri, Estelle, Repede, Rita, Karol, Judith and Raven.

Still Pending: Flynn.

Burst artes don't look as impressive as mystic artes, which almost pushed the ps2 past it's limit, so much that the game locked up if you attempted to do two mystic artes at the same time. i think vesperia should have done that too.

Burst Arts do not replace the Hi Ougis. They havent shown any of the Hi ougis yet.

Someone said Estelle's Hi Ougi was going to be Philia's Sacred Blame/Sacred Penance.

I think seeing an upgrade of that would be very special, it's one of the most beautiful Hi Ougis ever!

No, the mystic artes will be much flashier and probably have a cut in. Burst artes are a kind of special attack that you can activate in overlimits that gives you lots of hits. See how the overlimit gauge is filling as you perform the burst arte? I imagine that a mystic arte would just drain it completely.
