What does shutter do exactly

The shutter regulates how much light get´s in. In very dark places, like the night sky, the shutter has to be open a long time to catch as much light as possible. A con is that you can´t move your camera, because then your picture will look very blurry. Knowing this, you´ll understand that with a very fast shutter speed, you can make fast pictures, while moving the camera but you will need more light.

@XForeverBlackStarX sony vegas. because corel sucks when it comes to HD clips, it either lags or don't run at all and when you add music, and try to sync it with the clip, the music/sound will delay significantly after 5minutes into the clip. I'm using both though. LOL.

Wow I paid $59 bucks at futureshop I'm am extreamly pleased wow what great software I have alway's been a huge fan of Corel . I think they are beyond other companies bang for buck.. I hope they continue their non stop exellent products.

@xXxKadenxXx depends on what size first of all, you push alt + enter..its under settings and preferences, or project preferences, really for each one, if your doing batch, set it up as your regular preference. If you just want to change it for that project....go to settings, projects preferences and then edit. I didnt think you would have to change the size at, all any how out of the box. For you tube. ..you can even change it from or to, avi or mpeg. or back....plus a few others.

@xXxKadenxXx Also, the way I do it......the most, and probably the best....is go to share, on tool bar and then press.......upload to web which web site you want to for, vido upload then pick which video server service you want to use, and what format. HD or regular 4;3

this may be a dumb question due to the fact that I am just learning but when you list the shutter and interval settings you are refering to your video camera or is this a regular camera snapping photos or is it a setting on the corel software? I have been messing around with the feature on my VideoStudio and cant figure out how to make this effect.

@jhouse0970 What he his more than likely saying is with his camera. Shutter = the shutter speed. Interval = How much time passed in between each picture. For example I want to take a time lapse of the moon. With a shutter speed of say 20 the picture looks good. Now I set the interval to take a picture every 20 seconds or so.
