  • what does this song mean

  • since when were chelsea known for 'paki loving?' you talk out of your arse u pathetic little cunt. and a coon is a derogatory term for black people not 'pakis'. go wash your mouth out u racist prick

  • 99.99999% of you paki lovin cockneys who NOW support chelsea have only learned that song in the last 2 years as you were all following q.p.r palace charlton and millwall. go back to supporting the team you followed as a kid. you coons

  • erm why say 'paki loving' what has that got to do with ANYTHING.

    you pathetic little muppet.

  • ey mate..what are the lyrics for ten men went to mow...thanks mate

  • 10 men went to mow,

    went to mow the meadow,

10 men 9 men 8 men 7 men 6 men 5 men 4 men 3 men 2 men 1 man and his dog spot went to mow the meadow.

the thing is you start at one and you work your way up to ten.

  • how is it a shit song? At least it's original. Chelsea-made. Unlike fuckin 'YOU'LL NEVER WALK ALONE' which every club sung at one point, even at chelsea the shed used to sing that in the 70's.

  • original haha

    its a fucking nursery rhyme

  • do anyone else sing ten men went to mow? No.

anyone else sing you'll never walk alone? Yes.

And it was made 'cos in like the 50's there was a pub called 'The Meadow' and people started singing it as a joke and it caught on.

    Pretty original.

  • @FelthamChelsea I thought it came from when we was banned from away matches84 i think, the boys would all get in somewhere, start singing it, and when they got to 10, all stood up so they could see where the others were sitting??

  • you fucking scouse don't even sing YNWA the best

  • YNWA is a Celtic song. You scouse stole it like you steal everything else.

  • YNWA was sung by gerry and the pacemakers in the 60's it was top of the chart and was played on the on the kop the fans sung it and when it went out the charts the fans sang it until it was played again.

So if liverpool have sung it since it was released i dont understand how anybody else could have sung this song before us.

  • It's a Celtic song. Don't try to make polite little arguments after you put down a Chelsea song.

  • lets settle it your song is shite and every one copys liverpool's great song

  • Or, you stole a song like you steal hubcaps. You sing about dead people on a runway. You sing about history and yet you can't make any anymore. etc.

  • originally it was a liverpool song but then celtic fans began to sing it and now it is sung by both teams' fans!

CHELSEA AND RANGERS = ROYAL BLUE POWER

  • Well it is actually a song from the 1945 Rodgers and Hammerstein musical....but why a football crowd would want to sing such a trite, cheesy song is beyond me. Its like belting into a rendition of Jesus to a child by George Michael. What on earth are you doing you bin dippers?

  • Lovely post mate,lovely!

    Up the chels!

  • @viallimcbeal

well liverpool's YNWA is a gay song from a musical, the difference between the two being that chelsea don't play the soundtrack in the background. at least we held on to a bit of dignity

  • fuck off.
