all worked hard all look good what effort this takes as i am a npc and national figure athlete hopefully one day i can take the stage as an ifbb pro well done ladies
@prettyfiguregirl1 I think the ability to have absolute control of food intake is most amazing. I'm sure you cannot maintain the contest physique for more than a few weeks, but to train back up to that peak again and again requires tremendous self control. Keep it up.
