  • The music starting at 0:21 sounded so familiar and it was bugging me for days. Tonight I finally remembered it: El Ritmo Tropical.

  • Isso parece um Show do Tom japonês.

  • dude, that music is so disturbing.

  • He looks more like Tiger Woods than Obama...

  • What about the magic trick tho!? Howd they do that?!!

  • Maldito Barak Obama mal posso ver seus movimentos '-'

  • it's not racist, he is an actor trying to pretend to be obama and obama is black.

  • Its comedy xD Racist or not, its funny!

The point is to make people laugh.

Im black. I found this horribly funny.

  • HAHAHA!

  • Japanese people are racist with every outsiders xD even japanese descendants that are not born there are discriminated

  • Is all you guys do is point out how "racist" something is? C'mon guys, it's the fucking 21st century.

  • How can someone work SO HARD to miss the entire point of this? Seek help soon please.

  • The Micheal in this vid. looks much nicer than the real one.

  • magic obama

  • So I figured out the lemon trick. Even though the deck was cut he still took the card from the top of the deck, meaning he knew which card was going to be shown to the audience beforehand. The card was also likely pre-ripped

  • I'm black. I think this is funny. The Japanese are awesome. STFU about this being racist and enjoy the vid. end

  • You pseudo social elitist crack me up. He's dressing up like the president, who happens to be black, which means he has to look like a black man. Trying to look like a black man when you are in fact not black doesn't make you a racist. He didn't go on there and jump around like a monkey, all he did was dress up as the man. You people wouldn't be saying shit if he painted his face white and pretended to be George Bush or Bill Clinton. Go learn what racist actually means before you accuse people.

  • @Valium762 lol they wouldn't need to paint their face white. Using bleach/ whitening products already does that since apparently the whiter, the better.

  • @Valium762 Seriously, a lot of people here have giant sticks up their asses.

  • This shits hilarious cause i hate obama. Keep it up japan!

  • @526Junglist and i rather like the guy and this shit's hilarious! glad we can agree on something XD

  • Hilarious

  • Its okay everyone. In america were much better at talking smack.

They say "WE CAN CHANGE!" "CHANGE FOR AMERICA" and go hahahaha.

In America we go "CHING CHONG PING PANG PONG PWANG PING PING PONG PANG PWONG!! CHING CHING CHONG PONG PANDINGHOO FWAGGLEDWAP BONG BING!"

    Yeah... were bigger assholes ;)

  • Look Japan didn't mean to offend anyone XD.

Let's just have fun and watch the video XD

  • AND FYI, I've been to Japan twice. The last time I was there, my Japanese friend put me up for the weekend. Me being ethnically Korean and him being ethnically Japanese, it would make sense that we would hate each other. If you know anything about Japan, you would know how much tension there is between these two countries. And if anything, Japanese hate the Koreans more than they hate black people. The Japanese, after all, DO have a history of oppressing Korean people.

  • CHANGE! YESH WE CAN!!

  • the music is just out of this world.

  • it is racist. reaaalllyy racist.

    ignorance is not an excuse

  • Whats with all the racist blathering?

The worst part of this video are the magic tricks. Worst Ive seen on youtube.

  • How did they get obama to Japan?

    Easy! YES WE CAN!

  • oh shit these nips are too funny

    lol

  • I did not know Obama was married to 80's Michael Jackson....!?

  • fuck you... you flat faced fuckin gooks dont make fun of america cause were better then you so blow yourselfs we blew your shit up for a reason makin fun of obama he laughs at your worthlessness... your smaller then dog shit on this earth

  • YESH HE KHAN!!!!!

  • that crazy japanese is just disguised chuck norris

  • this... is... AWESOME!!!!

  • yes he caaaaaaaaaaaaaaaan LOL

  • Japan is the most racist country in the world if you didn't know...

  • YES HE CANNNNNNNNNNNNNN

  • LOL awful make up

  • looks like tiger woods

  • @callumlfc69 now that's funny

  • Comment removed

  • HA! Blackface is funny and inoffensive when it's done by Asians!

  • @grizabella626 why is that

  • @j0hns0n33 Don't ask me. I was being sarcastic.

  • Why would anyone call this racist? lol

  • But still Asian so is not racism and some Japanese were mad too I live in NY so I saw it first hand , different but same race and its clearly that you don't know the different between race and nationality

  • YESSUH WE KHAN

  • I hate it when SNL does this crap too. It's not funny, it's insulting to have a man play a woman, period. How'd they like it if a woman portrayed an asian man? There's already a stereotype that asian men are feminine; that'd be a slap in the face!

  • @gladitsnotme Women portray men all the time in comedy, and in drama. Usually this is less on television and more on stage, but it's not unheard-of.

  • "Blablabla im black and thus every non black needs to kiss my goddam ass and offer me your daughters so i can eliminate your race off the planet yaddayaddayadda"

FFS you people know how to be annoying.

  • думал что с картой фэйк. но результат оказался потрясающим

  • this is not a racist video. its just for teh lulz. how can you talk about peace when your too sensitive about jokes. damn

  • ...wow.

  • The Japanese was pissed off when Rosie O. made fun of the way they talk but it's okay for them to put a black face on. Fuck them and everybody who found this garbage funny , and I bet that your a white boy dblue52

  • @j0hns0n33 No, the Chinese were pissed off. The Japanese rarely get their vending machine panties in a knot at cultural insensitivity. The fact that you confused the Chinese with the Japanese is fairly racist, itself (since they may look similar but have VERY different cultures). So you have no room to get all upset about perceived racism or cultural insensitivity.

  • @prolefeedprocessor you so smart sweetheart

  • @j0hns0n33

I bet your a black boy.

  • @mariotaz you bet your ass I am

  • @j0hns0n33

I honestly need my ass, but dude take a joke :D

  • @mariotaz there's nothing funny about this video if it's a joke I don't get it what because he said yes he can he have to try and look like Obama and if you have a onion booty hell yeah lol

  • at least this guy CAN do it/We are stuck with the real looser !!!!

  • @dblue52 all this people are mad because Obama made history and yes we can

  • What's the name of the girl at 2:55 ?

  • @JJarolsavv

LOL I wanna know it too so I can commence on searching porn videos of her

  • Try this in Australia on variety TV, get accused of racism.

  • that horrific wig he is wearing is the true crime

  • any thing mocking black people with black paint on their face is racist and some of japan don't like blacks or american know your history before writing

  • @j0hns0n33

it's a joke get out of the crying mode :((((((

  • They are playing 2girls1cup off-key in the background, wtf?

  • hahahahahahahaha

  • IT'S NOT FUCKING RACIST SO SHUT THE FUCK UP. JAPAN DOES NOT HAVE A HISTORY OF OPPRESSING BLACK PEOPLE.

  • @sugarkang They dont have a history because they hide it on the outside. Theyre actually a very racist country with a very racist populace. Theres alot of places where htey dont allow foreigners to go because of the colour of their skin. They have no history, but that doesnt mean they arnt racist.

  • @sugarkang

I'd scroll down and see who you're yelling at but I really can't be bothered. I know what to expect. This is funny.

  • @sugarkang They also have a history of impersonating famous people as well.

  • @sugarkang ...lol wut

  • @sugarkang what does its lack of 'history oppressing black people' have to do with its utter lack of respect?

you are clearly missing the point.

  • @HustleBeautiful Japan's history is precisely the point. If the people doing blackface have no intent to offend anyone, I can hardly see how it conveys a lack of respect. Apparently you have no familiarity with these comedy shows. The actors frequently "dress up." If a man dresses up like a woman, is that a lack of respect for women too? I got thumbed up 40 times. Apparently YOU missed the point.

  • @sugarkang because there arent any

  • @sugarkang

half true, yes the japanese have never oppressed blacks, but they are just as racist as any american, korean, mexican, french, spanish, chinese, canadian etc....

    Point being racism exists everywhere.

  • @koreanriceboy87 I lived in Japan for 4 years and you are RIGHT. Don’t mean to offend, but mainland Japanese are small minded -isolated and ignorant at home in Japan. They follow American stuff (Holidays & culture) both good and BAD with very little thought – yes racism too. They have great schools, but are poor at common sense, moral judgments, and social reasoning. They love pop culture and will do whatever is popular even if it means hurting people

  • @koreanriceboy87 Holy shit, look at that - ALL EUROPEAN or Euro-brainwashed countries.

  • @sugarkang Sorry, but Black people in Japan get zero respect. There are places that won't even let White people inside, not becasue any other reason but they're white. Look it up, Japan is a very segregated society.

Hell, Chinese and Koreans get treated like crap there also. Just how it is.

  • @hawanja And do you seriously think that this specific comedy program has the intention of degrading black people? Obama was well received and extremely popular all over the world, including Asia and especially in Japan. Blackface in America has a completely different connotation. Koreans hate the Japanese too. What's the point? Stop with the knee jerk reaction to call everyone a racist. In the real world, things aren't so black and white.

  • @sugarkang Sounds more to me like you're playing apologetics. It doesn't matter if "they don't intend to offend," it's still offensive. People used to say the same thing about blackface actors in the 30s. Did they "intend" to specifically offend black people?

It's an example of cultural racism. Sorry if you don't like that, but it's true.

  • @hawanja and you're playing hyper reactionary. The reason it is offensive in 30s America is because of the back drop of Jim Crow legislation. Japan does not have any of that. What WOULD be offensive is if these comedians dressed up as Korean comfort women (forced prostitutes). Racism and offensiveness must be taken in context. Take the nomenclature of "Japs" vs. "Brits." The former is offensive while the latter is not. The reason that "Japs" is offensive is because of Internment in WWII

  • @sugarkang I do not agree. When you say "Japan does not have a history of oppressing black people," you are wrong. Japan has a history of oppressing anyone who isn't Japanese. It's a racially elite culture. Try going there if you don't believe me. Black people get no respect there.

Secondly, you do not get to define the context of what is Racist or offensive. You don't get to tell people they are not allowed to be offended by something. It may not be justified in your view, but it's true..

  • @hawanja You can disagree all you want, but your opinion counts for diddly. Prior to the Civil Rights Act of the 1960s, the U.S. government was complicit in allowing state sponsored racism. Japan does not have and never did have government regulations allowing for separating black people into impoverished ghettos. America did. So while you are right that private citizens might be "racist" against other people, that sort of racism is found in every country. YAWN.

  • @sugarkang Problem is it's not my opinion, it's a fact. Since you've been there you know all about the racial elitism in Japanese culture. You must also know then that ethnic minorities there do not have the same protections that we have in this country. And if you really do not now about the negative racial connotations of Japanese black stereotypes or that black people are even offended by them, then I suggest you do some googles.

This "the context is not racist" line is a load of horsecrap.

  • @hawanja Your line of reasoning is convoluted like a hysterical woman during PMS. I'm done trying to argue on the merits. If you hate Japan, stop living there. If you want things to get better, change them and stop bitching. Complaining whiners like you give Americans a bad name.

  • @sugarkang Did I say I hate Japan? No, I love Japan. But don't tell me there's no racism there, becasue there is, don't tell me there's no history of institutional Japanese racial elitism in regard to other Asians, because there is, and don't tell me the Japanese black stereotype is not offensive, becasue it is.

See, we are not arguing anything - rather, I am educating you. You're welcome.

  • @hawanja I don't think the blackface makes it automatically racist. It would be if the skit was solely about him being black; which it might be, but I couldn't tell, seeing how I don't understand a speck of Japanese.

  • @Lioyd1rving not a speck of it was racist, unless you wan to consider tha blackface(which was for the costume anyway) he was just explaining the card trick, and since he was "changing" things, he was making a joke about Obama's "We can CHANGE" and "Yes We Can". "Mikan" in japanese means orange and sounds like "we can", and stuff like that. It was all basically wordplay.

  • @sugarkang I see. So Japanese black-face is OK! Thanks! Domo origato!

  • OOOOOOHHHHHHHH!!!!!

  • 2 girls 1 cup music?

  • @qttytn holy shit.

    I thought the same thing

  • as a black man this is not racist its just meant to be funny, not a stereotype, nothing like what America did during Jim crow era

  • @jason4275 oh im so glad we have a black man to say what is or what is not racist

  • Why the fuck is it ok for them to do it on SNL? ALL THE TIME? YALL MOTHER FUCKERS NEED TO STFU

  • yeah, straight up nigga here. Love them japanese. Yall white people need to shut the FUCK UP.

  • dat...racist?

  • Blackface has characiture African features and looks like a clown. This doesn't.

  • Some of the worst magic tricks I seen. Maybe it is some kind of satire.

  • @LunarFaith YOU THINK?

  • why is he so shiny?

  • Black face is racist ONLY if it is done by American whites.

  • Our president isn't a clown, but your emperor with no empire is!

  • your president is a monkey

  • @gomifireballkid wow a japanese racist

  • this is some funny shit. hahahaha

  • are they tryin 2 diss the president.

  • Actually the Japanese apparently really love obama, so it doesn't seem to be meant as mean spirited

  • I never knew Obama was so good at magic!!!

  • This shouldn't be that big of a deal.

American sitcoms and sketch comedies often paint makeup onto actors to portray them as a different race.

It's not usually that funny, but it's far from The Jazz Singer.

I'm probably completely wrong but that's okay too.

  • (Is it just me, or does the guy at the very end look like he's about to throw up?)

  • Dear god. D:

  • In response to Expressivebabe18 --> I am sure you didn't say a word when SNL, Leno and Letterman skewered Bush. Just more hypocrisy from a leftist lemming.

  • Please In no way try to compare Obama and Bush. Bush started his presidency by stolen votes in florida lets not forget. Before Bush took office in 2001 there was a surplus of $230 billion in the budget. When Obama began we had a hefty debt of oh lets say $490 billion American dollars plus or minus a few. Bush left behind a country in shambles sooo forgive those who try to poke fun at the most hated president since Nixon.

  • @Expressivebabe18 incorrect. clinton left bush a deficit, but he had the budget balanced. your numbers are wayyyyy off. our deficit was in the trillions when obama took over. way to make stuff up.

  • Brilliant!!

  • Are you kidding? After Bush there was nowhere to go but up.

  • Are YOU kidding? its only your opinion even if its not true.

  • @meavid IF you think barryobammy is UP from Bush, YOU ARE a RETARD !!!!!!!

  • @WildIrishman1019 Oh really? Explain why then. How is Obama worse then Bush?

  • look at those yellow midgets doning a "black" face

  • ニス

  • What is the song?

  • Yes, "mi- kan" xD It rocks!!!

  • "The best part about this video is Japan can see the humor in Obama acting like a magician with Yes we can and Change as though he is performing magic"

    Yes, lol

  • My elementary kids quote this bad Obama impersonator all the time (I live in Japan). I guess it's good for their English, but I'd have preferred Sesame street.

  • Change the America! America kai-ru!

  • Super magic Obama

  • I'm black and i would black face for a hand full of them Asian bitches!

  • LMAO, me too!!!!!

  • why couldn't they get a jap guy with a long skinny face to be obama? this guy looks more like a mutant jimmy kimmel than the president

  • JAPANESE BLACKFACE

    awesome

YES HE CAN WE CAN CHANGE

  • Brackface

  • yes. we need something like this in america too.

  • yes we cannn

  • What would you call this... Multiracialface?

  • There are very few things that are perfect in this world, and this video is one of them. Holy shit.

  • I am surprised that they found a Japanese man, manly enough to impersonate the First Lady....

  • Japanese comedians love to dress up as women. Don't question it; it's just comedy after all.

  • YES WE CAN!

    CHANGE!

  • 2:45 Look at that huge blond perm! O______O

  • Is very ridiculus...

  • hey that guy is more black than obama

  • Yes mikan!

  • If they didn't have a black-face Obama, no one would be watching this bore-fest. Talk about desperate for ratings.

  • I guess it look a bit racist if you don't understand Japanese sense of humor

  • i agree

  • Haha, this guy's great. I remember seeing him do an uncanny impression of Louis Armstrong.

  • Fucking weird. I have a feeling I wouldn't be laughing even if I could understand Japanese.

  • because this dude isn't even in blaine's league. he does a trick where he has a card in an orange, and it's like, please, DB already did that with the ny knicks where he has the card in a basketball, and it was executed WAY better. point taken?

  • Why is this the first thing that comes to your mind

  • The best part about this video is Japan can see the humor in Obama acting like a magician with Yes we can and Change as though he is performing magic. yes the chosen one has much to live up to.

  • My gf is from Taiwan and I've lived in the Far East. This is not racist. The Japanese do not share our complex racial history and most of them probably have no idea what "blackface" even means, much less the racial subtext we understand in the US. America is not the center of the world, and not everyone can, or should, be hypersensitive to our culture.

Besides, think about "A Christmas Story" and fa ra ra ra ra ra... that could be seen as racist, but my gf and I still find it very funny.

  • well my black ass thought it was pretty funny

  • If you knowed how they really fill about us, you wouldn't say that!!
