A little late now, but the NEXT time this happens (history ALWAYS repeats is some form or fashion), you should light a fire... put that fireplace to some use, plus, you would have dinner ready when Dianne got home!
Wish I could. It's a stupid gas fireplace, and the apartment complex charges $25 a month to have it hooked up. That's $25 for the privilege of paying more money for the gas to turn on the fireplace.
If we lived somewhere cooler, it might make sense. But here in SoCal? Not going to happen.

They closed off the screen or whatever at around 11:30, but there were straggler bees after that.
The last one I saw was around 3:30 or so.
