@getthetapjj he has to use all of his foot on that elbow to get the sweep but i see what ur saying. hed have to time it to get a good amount of leg in there for the omoplata butttttt im sure if instead he compensated somewhre else for the sweep he could get more leg in to lock the omoplata before he sweeped

To Kaskalove456 Alright well I am junior in HS, 16 and last year I was 6'1 205 and atm im 6'3 180... the summer before this year I wanted a change so what I did is stuck to a diet and workout plan i made for myself. Ive been playing Varsity Rugby since I was a Soph when I was still fat. So between Rugby, diet plan and exersise I lost alot of weight in only 2 months. If u go vegitarian..u lose all the carbs a
