I adore kate Shindle so much! The music in this is fantastic! It's very disappointing that it didn't run longer, and a lot of the parts were pretty cheesy but the music had so much potential! I would go see it just for kate over, and over again!

I agree, I think the show is actually a really clever and interesting take on the famous well known story of Alice and Wonderland. I love how the characters are portrayed and I think it deserved more than a month on broadway. The music is AWESOME!!!

People can and often do ignore the critics. If this show really was good, word-of-mouth probably would have kept it going longer. No matter how good the sets, costumes, and choreography are, if the show is rotten in the first place, it won't save it. I heard people are talking about a stage adaptation of Tim Burton's Alice. That's something I'm looking forward to seeing.

I remember at the end of "One Night", it was the last performance in Tampa back in January and the line he yelled to the audience was "Kisses to you Tampa Bay!" and the crowd went crazy! Haha.

@MsHunyhuny Because the critics won't yank their feet out of their mouths,that's why! They insist on only giving a decent rating to anything that's beyond spectacular. So the show got closed down after a very short run.

I LOVE THE MAD HATTER SO MUCH......I cant believe this only lasted a month. That is SO stupid! This is one of the greatest musicals i have heard in a very long time.

Some great performances, set, lighting and the script and score have some really strong moments. But I can see why this didn't last. They need to take the book of alice into consideration. It is a shame this show closed, it had potential.

I know. I sort of understand what they mean by "corny" in reference to the script, but I also think its really funny and the sets, costumes and songs all make up for it. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE CRITICS!!!!!
